Just a correction: This does fall under fair use at all. You're not using it for criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. You're just putting lyrics on a screen with a copyrighted song playing in the background.

People like you make me sad. Really. What a beautiful song writen by Daughter which deserve to be understand, listen and enjoyed, and yet you want to put down what allowed us to appreciate it. Music is not just about business and earning money, it's before all a way to provide emotions.

Un Con Conscient For many people, yes, it is. But do you really think that 90% of artists aren't thinking about money when they put out a new single? Either way, I was just trying to point out that the uploader was wrong when she claimed that this video fell under fair use when it clearly doesn't. I'm not saying that you can't enjoy the song. Enjoy it as much as you want. It's just that when you claim this is fair use, it rubs off on the rest of community and gives KZbinrs who actually fall under fair use a bad name.
