Get heart pumping cardio with options for everyone in this bodyweight cardio blast! Start with high intensity cardio intervals (with low impact options), then slow it down for a lower intensity cardio conditioning interval. Alternate back and forth between for heart pumping, muscle burning no repeat cardio

This one was tough! I feel like I say this every day 😅. I really like this format though, I found it easier to stick with and complete the low intensity portion when the high intensity was first.

I like the format with going high to low. I did this back to back with the Dumbbell fusion but I think that probably wasn't the best idea!

I wanted to tell you I have injuries and can't lift heavy plus hypothyroidism that is constantly flaring up leaving me with fatigue and malaise! I am sore after yesterday's Day 6 of No Repeat November so this workout was perfect for today. I love this format of high intensity for 30 seconds and low intensity for 45 seconds!!

The low impact after feels like a reward for going hard first. For someone who struggles with procrastination, high low works much better for me

These High Low cardio workouts are so awesome and hard at the same time for me. I'm always wanting to do so high intensity, high impact, so to slow down and incorporate conditioning is very hard for me. That's why I like these, because they teach me to slow down!!! I did use a jump rope instead of virtual jumping, and slowed it down in that round. Great training!!! 👏👏💥💥🔥🔥💦💦!!
