Sir I want to thank you for sharing your experience. My first doctor in 2015 didn't see what was going on with me. He performed all known tests on me... he told me I was too stress. At the beginning of the year same symptoms came. EKG and blood test done. This time my new doctor gave me medecins for acid reflux. When I got home I was furious because what I felt was " heartache " lol. I put the medicine in my cabinet. I didn't take until someone told me ohh I felt like that one time and I was GERD. I was like wha, what. I run to my cabinet and took the pills as prescribed. I'm not a pill lover. So I looked on KZbin for a good recipe. 🤭🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Let me tell you... YOU ARE THE BEST. It works so good. I started to feel the effect on the first 8 ounces I drunk. I'm no longer afraid to lie down. Thank you. Thank you. My God continue to bless mightily.

Natural is the best way forward, juicing will help you a lot. Just make sure your are using a juice with slow rotations like the JR 8000 S2 as it will give you the right vitamins also!

i do like juicing, nothing wrong with adding some apple or some lemon to the cabbage juice if some people really cant stand the taste. It will taste more like lemon and a little more sweeter but still have the goodness of the cabbage juice.

I did give the JR 8000S2 a bit of a thumbs up in your other video but wanted to add why I decided on that model, well I saw it in a video you did about it doing carrots and I liked it but what really sold it was that it gives you 2 hour continuous juicing time if you should need it whereas most other juicers need a cool down break after about 30 minutes. I have several other juicers now but still I would consider the JR 8000S2 one of the most versatile on the market

Bro you are a hidden gem, I’m following kenny honnas, and I’m off pills but I know what it’s like to be pumped with drugs. I’m currently on an infusion of vedolizumab but it’s too dangerous to go to hospital right now. I just got into a bad flare up but I’m gonna try this cabbage juicing thing and see what happens. My diet is extremely clean and I really am just wondering, how do you get in enough calories and not lose weight? You look quite muscular and I’m trying to build muscle without losing weight. Please let me know what you think
@fraserleigh13274 жыл бұрын
Hey thanks for commenting. So yeah the juicing is essential especially with the foods like cabbage and celery which help heal the gut which is where most of our problems stem from. If you have a sensitive gut then best to start quite slow and gradually ramp up the quantity of juice. I eat a predominantly whole food highly nutritious diet. I dont really count calories as I find that just eating when I'm hungry and sticking to a whole food mainly plant based diet means that I get huge nutrients which in my opinion is more important than counting calories. Supplementing with juices is also good so get a good juicer like the JR 8000S2 model I am using in the video.

Kenny honnas is a God send, as is 'Mike Heal Your Gut Guy'. Both have a different approach, but the end result is remission through dietary changes as opposed to heavily dependant on pharmaceutical aid. With that said, I also follow Dr. Josh Axe, he has very in depth videos in regards to Bone broths etc. (to cure leaky gut) And Dr Eric Berg, Who has amazing knowledge of a vast array of deficiencies that can lead to many hypersensitive autoimmune issues, but also over all health and the most natural supplementation to reverse deficiencies.

I’m definitely going to try it, I’ve been reading about it. I think I got SIBO as a child when given antibiotics, it killed all the healthy bacteria and created a super bacteria. Now I have 24/7 inflammation, and daily life is very difficult.

Good video, mate. How are you doing now? I've been having gastric bleeds and what feels like a stomach ulcer after I was prescribed ibuprofen for peripheral neuropathy after a venomous spider bite. Now I'm stuck with a problem that's worse than the neuropathy and not impressed about that, to say the least. Thanks for putting this video out. Now I have hope that I will heal up in no time! 👍🥦

Hi Fraser, I was diagnosed with pan colitis 6 months ago and have been following a strict SCD diet and using celery juice regularly. Last week I decided to try to drink half a cabbage juice every day alongside eating my normal diet for 8 days. It would appear that it has given me loose stools so I can now confused why I have had a reaction to the cabbage juice. I wondered have you had any experience with more frequency/loose stools after using the cabbage juice? Thanks

i've had crohns for almost 3 years now. i refuse to take meds, i've heard nothing good about them my doctors think im insane and mock me for thinking it can be healed with an elimination diet, elemental diet to get out of a flare, and water fasting. It seems the key is bowel rest.

Hi There Thanks for the message. If your stomach is very bad, it can be very sensitive to food. But, always be careful, because although fasting definitely helps heal, it is also good to keep the nutrients the body needs to heal. This is why a couple of days juicing with cabbage juice and celery and other healing juices is good while fasting and then a diet of very soft boiled veggies, fruits, lean tender meats or other lean proteins like Tofu if you are vegan or vegetarian. This type of easily digested food along with juices to help the body heal. Ideally a plant based diet with plenty of raw food, but, when our stomach and guts are damaged, raw food can be very hard to digest, so its something you have to slowly transition to.

can we use the other type of cabbage (the green one)? ps : do u suffer from gluten / dairy intolerance because I suffer from both I think and having consumed so much gluten trough all these years, my gut got damaged so much that no matter what I eat I feel sick and I get all the symptoms u can think of.I will give this cabbage juice a try because I don't trust no doctors cuz no matter how many tests I make and how many times I go to the docs they tell me u are healthy and we all know that our problems cant be seen from the outside cuz they are inside of us ..

Approx. How many cabbages does it take to make a liter of juice and do you mix any other ingredients (vegetables or fruits) with it?
@fraserleigh13273 жыл бұрын
If you are only starting, start with less. But it will take around 3-4 cabbages to make a litre. If you want to make it a bit sweeter you can always add an apple but I recommend just sticking with the cabbage as it gives you the best results. The juicer I use is the JR 8000 S2 gives you a slow rotation of 37 RPM meaning it will extract more juice from what you are juicing and gives you more vitamins and enzymes. Just make sure you have a good juicer like mine

@fraserleigh13273 жыл бұрын
Hi Dan. Its the JR Ultra 8000 S2 Whole slow masticating juicer. Its important to have a juicer like this because it presses the food very slowly and preserves all the nutrients in the juice. This one rotates extremely slowly compared to other machines. The slower the better.
