I'm actually crying. I used to be in such good health but after illness have gained so much weight and lost flexibility. After months of saying I'd do it, I found your page and did my first day of exercise and am so thankful. Be back here tomorrow. Thank you!

I can’t express in words the experience I had today with this video, I’ve been trying to get back into working out and it hasn’t been great. After a year unable to find motivation to move my body I’ve been feeling pretty down in the dumps because before that I was extremely active and hit the gym 6 days a week. Today, for the first time in what feels like a decade I worked out and enjoyed myself so much while doing it and it’s all thanks to you! You’re so gentle and nurturing that I was able to not only do the exercises but also enjoy the entire process. I’m feeling so good about myself and I loved the way you conducted the class, I cannot wait to continue with this challenge and I cannot wait to feel stronger and healthier again 🩷 Thank you so much for sharing this with the world 🥰

Thank you very much for your workout. When I start to work out I usually get filled with self doubt and stopp after a few minutes, but I checkt the clock only once to see that i was already 24 minutes in. I feel so relaxed and peaceful now. Thank you very much ❤

I can’t describe how amazing this experience was for day one. I have manic depression so the both tension and disconnect I usually feel with my body is insurmountable. I feel very grounded after day one and hopeful to release some tension in my body with you. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🙏🏾 ❤

This was amazing. I’m so happy I found someone that goes at a pace I need. You are great at guiding and explaining the movements, while allowing enough reps and time for a beginner to go at their own pace, and get back in to the rep without feeling like they gave up on that particular sequence thank you so much for this. See you on day two..

I’ve taken a break to have shoulder surgery and i’m just now starting your videos again after almost a year. So peaceful and effective, I forgot how much I enjoy them. Especially now with a healthy shoulder 😊. Thankyou for the gift .

Just did the 1st and truly I can't believe how fast time went by! Feeling so calm after. I did a 15 min meditation afterwards and then went about my day feeling quite peaceful generally. I am 28, a freelance designer, so I work for many hours at a desk. Thank you this was lovely 💙

I agree this went by quickly. Im a special education teacher and dont feel like I get many moments in a day for mindfulness. im also in the worst shape ever after 45 years of life...need something to get me jump started back into shape as we still have bad weather for getting outside every day.

I really enjoyed this. The music was nice and tricked me into thinking I was at the spa instead of getting a good workout! Moving 🥭 's voice was soothing and her instructions were easy to follow. Her smile is infectious. 🙂 Looking forward to tomorrow!

Im speechless, and touched.. I felt open right after whole experience today. Since 7 months I’m struggling with an emotional regress (1,5y of therapy) which is also caused because I quite birth control. I lost myself, because of acne and disharmony in food relationship… I isolated myself. I have never been like this. I was fit, moving around, cooking, loving nature and fighting my complexes. But the last 7 months were nothing more such as anxiety, isolation, hating myself and sabotaging, no movements, crying, not seeing perspectives to help myself. I found here today relief. I connected with myself again. I felt stronger as I thought I would even be able to. I deeply believe that the universe was so humble and I have found you. ❤

It was good to do your workout. I don't feel totally exhausted and I feel that I've done something. This was my first time doing Pilates and I loved it. It was also interesting to see which body parts all cracked at the beginning. Now I feel better and more relaxed. Thank you :)
