Hi mama of 2 from California. 14 weeks postpartum trying to get out of the postpartum depression funk. This was just the right amount of challenge I needed. Sweated, felt a huge sense of stress relief and now I can go about my day with my kids. Look forward to finishing this challenge for me.

From Australia. I am now 20 months pp with second baby, have been doing your exercises from 6 weeks pp. I do your exercises like 4 times a week for an hour and do some running. This makes me feel amazing, gives me so much strength and confidence to do my work and take care of kids. Housework and my work can wait while i take care of my body and soul with this exercise routine as this makes me more productive, focused and happy ❤️ 😊😊

I have done your workouts and yoga throughout my whole pregnancy and had a natural water birth on my due date. You will want to wait until you get clearance… usually 4-6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 6-8 after a c-section. If you are just starting back, ensure you aren’t lifting too heavy. Start a little lighter while you build your core strength up 💞

Hello. I have 6.5cm diastasis and both kids were c-section the oldest is now 17. I would like to heal my diastasis and get fitter and stronger. Can you please kindly share with me the best 5-7 diastasis recti friendly/healing videos to use to achieve this in the next year or shorter. I can train up to 5 times a week for max 30 minutes.
