Ek bahut acha diet jo jldi banjaye. Exercise ke baad time nai milta kuch banane ko jldi se jo jldi ho sake aur fulfill ho sakte daily requirements ka. Once again thanku sooo much ❤❤❤

As a moderate gym person, I afraid on leg day & sometimes it skip . but after seen your Day 6 Workout now onwards no skip. I will start the series regularly and seriously from 27th Nov 2023( Monday) Thank you Sirji

Pls make a complete week workout program dumbbells only 🙏. For the home workout I use only a pair of dumbbells because I am not able to go to the gym. I have been following your the dumbbells only playlist for 1 year it helps me a lot. Pls make🙏

Sir main 19 sal ka ladka hu hight 5'9 and weight 53 kg main early morning workout karna chata hu to subha empty stomach workout Karu ya kuch khake. For weight gain And my dite subha chana, badam,4 almond, 10 baje rice alu ghee, noon main rice, dal ya ghar jo banta hai samke time 1 cup tea or rat main 4 roti . Kavi kavi daliya kha leta hu isme body banega
