Few missing points- 1. While doing Leg Extensions, lie back as much as possible to minimise the back involvement and to isolate your quads. 2.The series is for general population who don’t take performance enhancing drugs like PEDs, so Hypotrophy is most important factor to stimulate muscle growth. Thus slowing down on eccentric / increasing time under tension when muscle is at stretched position is key for stimulate hypotrophy.(in common man terms- size bada karana)
