It's all hard Dave, but so great for the core strength. Side planks and hollow hold - a nasty combo!!! Glad I let Xmas dinner settle for a few hours before this session !!! 1 to go team.

Hi Dave! I started your Tabata workouts back in January and they're excellent. I do at least three every week and they've really helped me feel stronger and get out of my Covid quarantine habits. Thank you, and keep up the great videos!

Today's workout hardest moves were the plank and reach, was hard to keep form in rest of my body and also the side plank crunch was tough. In your other video that crazy clam move from the side I find to be difficult - but it will get better... Thanks for all the great workouts and the 12 day series - helped me to stay focused. Workout no 1,2, 7 and 11 really did make me feel good aftwewards...thanks Dave. In this exercise I felt the side crunch was the hardest for me

This one is deceiving..always seems like its a breeze at first compared to the more cardio based ones. I find the side crunches to be one of the harder ones in all the series. And i been doing 4 minute plank challenges and lots of regular side planks. Now...i am sweaty and tired. thanks again.

I think that having 1 minute pause each time after a serie of Rabat’s is way too long and kind of feels loosing the pace
