girl same ! i just try to have them as straight as possible even if i can’t lift my leg as far into the air.. but i’m not sure which is more important straight leg or how far you lift it 😆

I had this problem too but I suggest you either; do light stretches before or at least test your limits when it comes to having your legs straight. This is what worked for me the best tbh

I wouldn’t worry too much if I were you! She is very flexible as well so that probably helps her to straighten her legs. Since this is an ab workout you should be fine with bent legs as long as you can feel your abs working out!

the fact that i’ve made it to day 13 is crazy. my body is still shaky and gets tired quick, but it doesn’t hurt as bad. i’m always so excited for the next day!!

The strength has to go in your abdomen. If your neck hurts a lot, it’s because you’re not putting all your strength there

@@lissa9403 Hii I have scoliosis too, but as I strengthen my abdomen less pain went towards my neck! Idk what you mean by your belly having a house though lol. I’d just say if the pain is excessive then do workouts with using less neck or sometimes rest your head during the exercise so you don’t have to strain your neck a lot. I hope this helps lol

I loved this one ! its gets easier with everyday and my body gets used to the movements. my neck does not hurt anymore , because I keep myself up only through my core strength.

@@denissemeneses4923 holi, los primeros dias te sientes cansada y adolorida, me gustaria decir q todo fue bonito despues pero no. El tiempo q con lleva te sugiero organizar un horario y tener una buena mentalidad. He hecho este reto por 2 meses (osea 2 veces) y digamos que la segunda vez que lo realice el dolor disminuyo (solo me dolio durante el ejercicio mas no despues de ello) ayuda bastante y te sugiero que lo lleves junto a una buena dieta para ver mejores resultados cosa q yo no lo hice. Recomiendo estos ejercicios a quien inicie en el mundo de los pilates mas no que se estanquen en estos y busquen una mayor dificultad cuando el tiempo pase.

i genuinely think this was the hardest day for me so far. my abs are so sore from yesterday's workout that i could not raise my leg fully like usual and i swr i was shaking all over. BUT it's day 13 and it's over and i did it and it's all that matters

These exercises keep getting easier. At first i was shaking and i coudnt do the exercises with my legs straight but now my legs are completely straight and i can do the exercises without takeing too manu breaks, i only took like 3, like 10 second breaks i can feel my abs and my legs are stronger , i cant wait to finish this month so i can start again. Ohmygodd...after 4 or 5 day I'm doing day 13 i mean i was so consistent from day 1 but recently due to uni starting my routine is honestly messed up i couldn't make time for it but I'm determined to get those abs and live healthily ❤❤but woah i did it without any breaks so pat on my shoulder for that
