I am the same way!! I prefer the talking, but you'd be surprised by how many people request "no talk" workouts. I have a few on my channel and they get quite a few views. I try to give participants a little bit of everything. Thanks for giving this one a go! Have a great week!

This is great. I thought I read once that when you start off with rebounding you should start with 5 minutes and work up. I have only been able to find 15-20 minute rebounding videos and just do them for 5 minutes. Anyhoo this is great to put in the start up rebounding file. Also does it matter if rebounding is done with or without tennis shoes?

Hi there! It’s wild that many “beginner” rebounding workouts are 20 minutes or longer. I tell people to try both barefoot and tennis shoes and do what feels best for you. Personally, I like shoes if I’m doing an intense workout. Barefoot if it’s a little more gentle. Definitely check out my channel. Lots of 3-10 minute videos. 3 live classes a week. Intermediate and advanced too!
