Today's HIIT IT HARD Challenge workout of the day is a 30-minute Upper Body workout with no equipment! 3 rounds of exercises to tone and strengthen a stronger upper body. Push past your limits team, you've got this! Let's do it!

Workout:
▸ Warm Up: 30 sec on
▸ Round: 1 45 sec on, 15 sec off
▸ Round: 2 45 sec on, 15 sec off
▸ Round: 3 45 sec on, 15 sec off
▸ Finisher: 60 sec on, 15 sec off
▸ Cool Down: 30 sec on, 10 sec off

This was fireee!!🔥 I love bodyweight arm workouts (and hate them at the same time)... I just don't know what's happening to me right now, because my period ended yesterday so I should grow stronger by the day again, but I've only grown weaker the last three to four days. And I don't know what causes it. I definitely sleep enough and eat enough (if not too much) but still...I have less and less energy to do things. Anyway this workout was absolutely amazing💜 I feel warm and content now, even if the workout itself was a struggle. Thanks Anna for making these videos, they really help me. Physically and mentally (in the first place, actually). Day 17 ACCOMPLISHED!!🎉🎉🎉 Love y'all, keep pushing and see yourself grow!!💜💜💜

Every body is different. And just because other people are the strongest after their period, doesn't mean that it's the same for your body. I feel for the example the strongest 5-10 days after my period. And even before getting my period and having PMS I am stronger than the first 3 days after my period. Also every extraneous influence can change your level of energy. Maybe it could help you, to track your period so you might see coherences.

Oh and what I was also thinking about is: Maybe you kept pushing through your period, but your body might needed a rest? It is more important to listen, what your body needs than following a workout plan strictly day by day. 🤗

I was in the gym for the first time last week and i bench pressed like 30kg so i thought this would be easy but I must be having an off day because i did 3 pushups and i was done. But i didn’t give up and i completed the workout with a few unfinished exercises and a few tears. Thank you Anna for this amazing workout plan it has made working out fun again ♥

For people who can't do a push up, you're not alone i can't do it too, but i just replace them with knee push ups. Believe me you will still feel the burn🥵
