▸ Warm Up: 30 sec on
▸ Round: 1 45 sec on, 15 sec off
▸ Round: 2 45 sec on, 15 sec off
▸ Round: 3 45 sec on, 15 sec off
▸ Finisher: 60 sec on, 15 sec off
▸ Cool Down: 30 sec on, 10 sec off
