Welcome to your 5 DAY WRIST FRIENDLY PILATES SERIES.
All classes are designed for those with wrist issues and include NO weight bearing exercises on the hands. This is perfect if you want a consistent, full body Pilates routine but struggle to find workouts that don't include painful exercises.
Some of the workouts involve equipment but it is absolutely NOT necessary and the whole challenge can be done without.

It would be amazing if you could make a longer version of this wrist friendly with resistance bands workout! I have wrist issues and hypermobility issues, so having resistance bands and no weight bearing on my wrists is genuinely the perfect workout!
