This might be my favorite practice of this series yet! 💚Wasn't able to get into wheel pose today, but my heels touched the ground in down dog for the first time in a looooong time.

This has been amazing even though I still struggle with being in my head a lot throughout the day(daydreaming) I have noticed some changes and being more aware of when those thoughts do try to come and take me from the present of being presence(no matter the emotion) has been beautiful and scary cuz it’s so new. I can see my transformation coming and I accept all new beginnings right now🙏🏾❤️

I loved this one, I usually have a super hard time wheeling my arms up into warrior poses but today felt a little bit easier to use just my legs. I also loved the option for wheel pose. I used to do that all the time as a small child so I tried it today. I could only do it for a hair of a second but I'm not done trying 💪🏻

I don’t think I was ever able to do a backbend even when I was a child. Lol not sure it’s gonna happen at 54. But I tried got onto the back of my head, but couldn’t lift up.😵💫

This one was rough for me, the first time during this series that I thought of quitting during the session. I didn't though! I allowed myself to feel all emotions and still continue the practices and receive the love that is yoga. I am free to express my authentic self ❤️

And I just wrote that a little while ago, because I am playing catch up! However, I needed this particular yoga session because it helped me to open up and let go of the feelings I was having and just continue moving.
