Can’t wait til I can do a headstand, today was great I did a lot of what I thought I couldn’t I pushed through. This was by far the best challenge ever.

DId this sesh after my 3 mile walk. I don't like lizards...period..so yeah a lil challenging, but also got me out of my "Mondays suck" vibe. Feeling chill now. Netflix next..LOL!! Walking is THE simplest and best exercise to shift ALL of the mental, emotional and physical negative energies. It def overrides that inner BS chatter that seems to haunt us whenever we feel stuck or are trying to movee fwd with new goals and intentions. The plus for me is that I live in Bermuda so EVERY step the views are phenomenal. SO I can literally say that my walks are mini-vacations from my regular life! LOL! Get out there everyone! This Yoga Every Damn Day challenge has my feet floating now!!

Thanks for leading us through some challenging poses! The lizard variation & the head stand were the most difficult for me to connect to. Do you have any pointers or little things I could pay attention to when growing my practice with them?

Use props if you need to. A yoga strap or blocks & take your time. Slowly work your way up. You can keep practicing this one till you get where you want to be, just listen to your body & make sure you’re being safe. No pressure to be able to do everything right away.
