Did this practice this morning after a workout, it was the perfect stretch, relaxation and calm down. This would be amazing before bed too! This forced your mind to calm down, thoughts to disappear and simply be in the moment. I know this challenge is almost over, I’m going to run back to the days I missed, so grateful for you Nico 💚

Just finished this practice before I'm going to bed. Found it very relaxing and the extra stretch after a day sitiing in a vehicle all day really helped to calm my nervous system. Ifelt my ears start to ring and hum, which to me let me know that energy was getting unblocked in my back muscles. I should sleep good tonight!! Day #28 felt like Nap-Stretching! LOL! DONE!!! Thankh you Supreme Yogi Nico Marie!!! Cos I said so!! See ya'll tomorroowwwww!!!! Much grtaitude from Bermuda and Wales!!

I've missed a few days of the challenge cause I got the covid. Yesterday I started back with a 15 min practice. I saw this and knew it was gonna be a good fit for my returning energy level.
