I liked this one so much I did it twice! Minding you all I have are 15lbs dumbbells. Might start doing all of your workouts twice in a row. I've been following you for a year, and I have no plan of stopping until I catch up all of your videos! (skipping the abs-only workouts lol) I recommend to all of doing the same.

I'm a little bit thin but with good muscles because I do resistance work out, my question is do you think if I join this 6 week course will I gain or lose my little muscles 😂 sorry for bothering you man

@@tftvshows6060 no problem, glad to help if I can. I don't think you should loose your muscles of course eat well and balanced and you should be fine, I did not loose muscle while doing it but gain more and got stronger.

Thank you; this was a great workout; love the combos! Since having the virus, I've noticed that my strength is just not there. I did this yesterday but had to use 8lb/10lb which was even challenging. Strength will come! Oh, and my abs are still on fire from Thursday!!
