I am loving the way this program is making me feel. I am a thyroid cancer patient and have gained 20 pounds because of my imbalance. I have continued to do workouts but have had no success in weight loss. I have also been diagnosed with sleep apnea from the scarring in my throat from the surgery. Since beginning this program, I am feeling so much better. Thank you so much! I can't wait to see if I have weight loss results at the end of the 40 days but even if I don't, I know that I am feeling so much better!

While weight is certainly one of them, it is secondary to what you can achieve from practicing kundalini yoga. Sat nam! I am happy to report that I'm feeling so much better physically as well as mentally since completing this program. My blood pressure has dropped significantly and I just have so much more energy. I did not loose any weight but.....I am feeling so much better that I don't think much about that anymore. Day 3 done. I am trying to get up earlier and start my day doing this and with intentions to be kind and practice healing on my body. I enjoy your teaching so much Mariya, although I cannot do all the stretches so well and my flexibility is poor, I am being patient with myself that I will improve and any solid effort is positive for my body and mind. Thank you for posting these. I find them useful but struggle to hear you, you speak so quietly! I'm also quite new to kundalini, so struggle to follow as your instructions are quite scarce and I feel like I don't have enough time to consolidate after each pose. That said, I do enjoy the variety in the series, so thanks again.

amkicia sat nam, thank you for your comment. You may want to start with beginner series first in this case and build up to these. Also these are done as short versions of a class so if you want you can pause relax into it and then continue with the posture. I love this series. Thank you for all of the work and effort that you put into all of the videos in this series. I do wish that there were not commercials in the middle of the video though. I am happy to watch them in the beginning or at the end, but when they interrupt in the middle of the video, it just messes up the whole amazing energy that you have created.

No joke, my body is in need of this, I felt like I was sending heat through my entire body at the beginning, then at the very end, the problem area in my neck, felt like don't do that stretch, not sure what the lotus forehead forward move is called and even the arms outstretch in venus position, but I will be doing those moves by themselves every once in a while. Nella Sat nam. Thank you for raising this point as it is very important to have awareness as to what It is we are doing. This is a journey which will balance your body but also your subtle energy, emotional state and your organs and glands. We put on weight due to variety of reasons more to do with imbalances from within and in order to resume our natural flow of energy and optimum body weight we need to work on many different levels in parallel. What might seem a less strenuous physical practice may have a much deeper impact on a subconscious and energy level. Our breath is the biggest detoxifier we can tap into to achieve fat burn in the shortest amount of time. The program is designed to gradually intensify and ease you in to the practice. So trust the process and keep on with your practice. Sometimes our minds may not understand but our bodies will show us what is good for us. Please also check other people's experiences with this program which may give you a guidance as to what to expect. Hope this helps, and I am here for you if you have more questions. That all makes total sense to me and perhaps will shift my paradigm of thinking I have to put my body under under stress in order to shed extra pounds. Around day 4 I began to understand that this program is building in intensity and will probably not be as "easy" as I initially thought. I'm up yo the challenge and excited about taking care of my internal body as well as I've been trying to revitalize my adrenals which got burned out due to a year of divorce, job loss and relocations. Thank you for these videos which I am enjoying after doing another beginner series. This particular video , however, is NOT for beginners unless they are only beginning kundalini but have been practicing yoga for months/years and can actually do a some of these poses. It would be nice to see modification options for cobra (better to be up on elbows or have hands way out in front?) and for the last one where you have to sit forward in lotus with arms up and back. Some of us have to use a lift just to sit with legs crossed, but to lean forward means our tush is up in the air. No idea if focus should be on raising arms in back or just trying to lean forward.

Some practices are more challenging than others but it's absolutely fine if you cannot do all the poses- just do what you can and you'll improve with practice. I am loving this kundalini yoga! I am finding it so unique, and I love doing something completely new and different every day! It always makes me feel so good and gets rid of my pain.I burned my wrist pretty badly, andI started this after my injury, and I find a 50% loss of pain afterwards, truly a miracleof pain relief. I am a little over weight though and find it hard to holdmy arms up the full amount of time or bend forward all the way. Is this making it harder for this to work? Or should I just go as far forward as I m able to at the moment? Thank you for your advice and these lovely yoga kriyas....

Kundalini Lounge with Mariya thank you Mariya, it helps so much even when I’m sick to keep my mind focused and positive and calms me down when dealing with online bullies and triggers from post traumatic stress disorder it just instantly calms and puts my brain in a non reactive zone it truly helps it come into perspective the bully is the one with the problem I don’t have to react or give them attention and I’m not responsible for them it is helpful in me healing what bullies past and present did it’s changing now I internalize it I used to feel helpless and would react now it’s like nope I don’t care about them and I’m not going to hand my energy over intake back my power by simply not caring about them or going around in circles with them this pulls me out of the reaction

I absolutely appreciate what you have done with these videos especially since i can't find many good kundalini yoga videos for free. However you instruction is really not that great, at times it makes me anxious as you sound like you're leading a workout class rather than a practice which is aimed at finding integrity, balance and strength within. I find it hard to hear your instructions and even though this may not be for beginners it is distracting to keep looking at the video to find out what you had just said. Kundalini Lounge with Mariya it definitely has it’s helped me deal with a situation today x best healing tools ever Mariya I’m sneezing a lot coughing and sneezing now so maybe it’s starting to leave my system and the situation with the bully today it helped with that as well it helped me not feel the strong trigger

Please give the instructions .. i first kriya we are not sure how to keep the other hand. I mean which mudra to do with that hand. Again the distance needs to be adjusted. You are only 10 - 15 % of screen space. Please take the video from near , so that we can see the pose details closely. Camera is too far off...

After doing one of the posss holding the arms up my belly started to tingle and then, my tongue started to tingle and then, my entire body was tingling... is this normal ?? Hahaha it was such a weird but amazing sensation

I want to start the 40 day challenge but this video I'm not able to download for watching ans doing when I dont have wifi...and some more videos of the full challenge as well is saying that...can you please make the download available ?

I have your DVD that I got from Amazon but was wondering is this 40 day challenge available on DVD ? I find using DVD easier.

Mahnaz Khan sat nam. Thank you for your message. I have many dvds coming out very soon which are part of the transformation series. This particular 40 days I did for free so people can access it and use it everywhere. I never really created it as DVD program. You can also practice the 40 day program on our site which might be a better feel for a regular yogi. You can try programs under Kundalinilounge.com

I am loving these routines, but the sound quality is a problem, I can not hear your voice and the instructions, which is annoying when you are an absolute beginner and should understand how to breathe etc...

Edina Herczeg sat nam. Sorry these were made by me and I am not the pro at filming :) they do get better as the challenge progresses . I just wanted to share these with everyone in the only way I could. You may want to consider the beginner series as well as the website which streams very high quality videos ( done by my team :)) blessings, M
