Ur videos r great thanks wonderful videos and info M able to float but when i do freestyle and try breathing ..one when i turn lots of water goes in my nose also i sink

Thank you so much for such a wonderful feedback. At the beginning you'll face this issue of water in your nose or mouth but as you practice with the correct technique, you'll improve.

t all comes down to building endurance and practicing efficient breathing techniques. Take it slow, focus on your form, and gradually increase your distance. You’ll get there with time and practice!
