💪🏾 That was one of the most amazing and effective workouts I've ever done! Natalie has done it again! I liked that each time she explained the modifications for each version and how she kept encouraging us all the way! I mostly did the beginner and intermediate versions, and I did a little bit of the advanced version with Natalie. 👍🏾 I love a good challenge! I did all the levels through the class and pushed myself! Thanks, Natalie ☺❤

Oh this one really challenged me. I've been working out consistently for a few years. First round I did advanced, second round I did advanced with some intermediate. Third round I did more intermediate as I was dying. Most workouts do the 40 sec, 30 sec, then 20 sec last round. This was so tough when I got the last round I could feel my energy waning. Thanks for this workout. Did the speed one first and this was my second one for the 5 day challenge. Will try strength or balance next. Loving this series.

40 seconds really feel like forever by the time you get to that round! Whew! Always relieved to get through it but had to modify at times. The ladies’ friendship and dynamic truly helps though ❤

Totally destroyed! 🤪 Hands were sliding in a puddle of sweat during the final set of push ups and stretching 😅 A very challenging workout, superbly balanced, it doesn't let you die, but it squeezes out all your strength 💪 Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Natalie, Madisyn and Tarra! I really appreciate everything you've done! 💝 299 active calories, 149/171 average/max heart rate.

Whew! Always such an achievement to be able to finish this!! Modified to 2nd level for jump lunges, burpees, push ups! Also just realized they look like lipstick shades 😅 But their energy is doubly infectious esp cause they’re friends!

Oh Natalie is so good with prompting moves for every level before it happens! I learned I need to work on my push ups the most! That final round is so hard mentally even as I was doing the 30second rounds I found myself dreading what’s next 😅 So proud I pushed through it though! The girls had genuine chemistry so I wasn’t surprised to find out they’ve known each other for a while

Absolutely loved it. I have begun excerising only 5 years back. Popsugar videos have really helped me build stamina but more imp love working out 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Great workout 💪 nice to see Natalie again. I like her personality a lot. I stayed mostly between beginner & intermediate for most of the workout, but on the 3rd round i did a few moves in advance level like the flutter kicks,- ( not for very long) knee drive, squats kicks moves. I'm glad I challenged myself a little bit in this workout 🙂

Loved this one! I liked being able to pick a challenge, or dial it back if I just needed to keep going and not stop. Motivating trainer with good chit chat but too much where it gets annoying.

This looks like a workout worth trying out....please make more cardio / hiit workouts like this one. Up to now only the old cardio ( class fitsugar) workouts and the ones with Pollard could seduce to work out with someone else than Joanna SOH, Fitnessblender or Olivia Lawson...
