I love your channel. I'm expecting my first baby it's 23 week now. I have really bad days with lower back pain sometimes so I get to your yoga session and when my lower back is OK I do the other more challenging exercises. Thanks for the free content! ❤

I’m 2 days behind so just done the arms workout but love you and love your videos and workouts, I’m 34 weeks and I’ve been doing them throughout and they’ve helped so much with keeping me fit and moving. The perfect amount of difficult and intensity for me so thank you very much, have recommended you to my friends who are also expecting!!! :)
