I discovered you at my first pregnancy almost 2 years ago and I’m currently pregnant with my second child (20 weeks) and I can say that I have become an addicted! Every day I woke up with the urge of doing one of your amazing work outs… Sometimes I don’t have time in the day so I end end up doing it at 10o clock at night just because I know I’ll feel much better after doing it 💪🤗 THANK YOU SO MUCH 💗

Jess, I thank you from the button of my heart! I'm 27 weeks pregnant now & practice your workouts 3-4 times a week. It's just... amazing! I feel so strong, powerful, energetic & happy. This workout helped my prolapse (mild-moderate uterine and bladder) SO MUCH during my last pregnancy. I am 4 months postpartum and have almost no symptoms. I had no idea that could happen. It is also amazing for the hip and low back pain. Thanks so much for the help!

I’m 25 weeks and I do your workouts 4 times a week together with swimming. I feel so good I can continue yoga and exercise during pregnancy. Thank you very much for making this possible, thanks to your videos I always feel safe working out and good that I can continue looking after my body and my health. You do an amazing job :D

Amazing workout! Did really feel it is so complete! The only thing I would suggest is to show as well the modification version with the pilates ball when we’re doing the back exercises in the floor as I got a bit confuse how to them while I was using the ball! 😁 Thank you!!

I really enjoy all your workouts, challenging in a good way. With my first it was yoga but with my second I am loving pilates more. Fyi you missed the hammy stretch on the second side. I just paused and then continued on.

Another awesome workout!! I have a question/ concern, I had a partially healed diastasis recti when I got pregnant again. I noticed my abs coming at some points in the workout, and I love them so much that it never occurred to me to think about if your workouts are diastasis safe. They are pregnancy workouts, after all. 😅Any other ladies in the same boat? Anyone modifying things to prevent 'coning?'

This workout was quite challenging! I am 29 weeks pregnant now, and I’ve been doing your Pilates and Yoga workouts since I found out that I was expecting. I only gained half of the weight compared to my first pregnancy, my body is more flexible and I also don’t have back pain which has accompanied me throughout the third trimester of my first pregnancy. Thank you very much for all these workouts!! They really helped me a lot.
