kit is by far my favorite trainer i've found on youtube. all of her workouts kick my butt, and yet they fly by! she is so encouraging and intentional about explaining correct form. for everyone wondering if you've found the right workout today... this is it!

Thank you to Manuel for joining you. Because he was doing some modified moves I felt much better about not being able to keep up with you either! He was hilarious when he talked to us behind your back and made the workout very enjoyable. It was also helpful to me when you corrected his form because that made me check myself and a couple times I had to fix the same thing. I really appreciate your style of workouts and training personality and have been enjoying them all! 💛

I always return to this routine, especially ideal for my days of active rest. Despite the intensity of her routines, every time I do one of the kit workouts, I end up with a feeling of immense peace.

I've been following your various workouts since the pandemic started - that's when I started searching for workouts and landed on your channel. I miss the gym and pool, but I have to say that for the first time, I'm getting five workout days a week and feeling the difference. When the gym opens back up, I'm still going to follow your workouts ... they are great! Thank you!! Now, I have to say thank you to Manuel for showing me I shouldn't feel so bad that I can't always keep up. :)

I discovered your awesome videos during the beginning of the quarantine in Chicago. My 20 yr. old daughter had to leave college in Maine and she's been outside of Boston, I turned her on to you too. I love how your workouts can be challenging and yet be mostly low impact on knee joints. I have to modify very few moves to accommodate my difficult knees. I always feel positive and strong after doing your routines. Thank you!

A slower one this one, however still left me feeling great. Really challenged my abs for sure, which is what I wanted today. Great fun and interesting workout, standing abs and then focused mat ab work at the end. Thank you kit. 320

I am so impressed by your efforts! Thank you for sharing that my workouts have helped you with your healthy goals! I get these kind of messages daily but I am so sensitive to people with triggers about weight that I am very mindful in addressing them. As you know, I care about a healthy lifestyle and not about the weight on the scale. 15kg is a lot of weight to lose by July. It’s also a lot of pressure to put on yourself. I would love for you to continue doing what you’re doing (as long as you feel it’s sustainable - meaning you can continue doing it once you’ve hit your goal and is not extreme) and if the scale keeps dropping, then great. The scale is an arbitrary number and although is a great indicator to show you where you are in your progress, in my humble opinion, it is not a good indicator of other crucial benefits to exercise- for example improvements in cardiopulmonary health and muscle. Keep your focus on your goal but be kind to yourself and realize all the other benefits to exercise that you are gaining-especially how good and clear you feel mentally. Keep up the good work. I am so very proud of you!
