One of the ways i have heard to track your weight more realistically is to take the mean of the week. In other words take your weight every day and at the end of the week eliminate the highest weight and the lowest weight and then take your average of the 5 remaining days. It disregards those days when the body does you dirty and messes with your head.

@@andrewzach1921 💯 That’s the exact approach I am taking. Weekly avg is just much more reliable than a daily weight measurement. Also going to be taking weekly pictures just to track the progress over the many weeks.

How much are you looking to add weight wise ?im currently 5f9 135 pounds and trying to lean gain to 150

@@jonfreelove So initially these first 120 days In looking to gain 5-6lbs then I’ll take a break for about 2-3weeks, reassess and then maybe push for 150lbs…I’m starting at 139 5f8 so we’re pretty close to the same!
