What is the 75 hard challenge?:
1. Follow a Diet: no alcohol, and no junk food for 75 days.
2. Exercise Twice a Day: Two workouts daily, each lasting at least 45 minutes, one of which must be outdoors.
3. Read 10 Pages of Non-Fiction: Read at least 10 pages of a non-fiction book daily.
4. Drink One Gallon of Water: Consume one gallon (128 ounces or about 3.8 liters) of water daily.
5. Take a Progress Picture: Snap a daily photo to track your physical progress.
If you miss any task, start over from day one.

Dasia, I just want you to know that I understand how difficult this past year has been for you. 10 years ago I lost my younger sister Tina suddenly and unexpectedly to a hemorrhagic stroke. She was not as young as your brother, but she was not ill or elderly and we had no idea, (nor did she), that she would suddenly pass. No goodbyes or final words that needed to be said. When you lose a loved one suddenly like this, you are not only grieving, you are also in shock. I’m telling you this because it helped me when I learned it. You are doing all of the right things, so just continue to take care of yourself while remembering, loving and honoring your brother. My heart is with you. ❤❤❤
