hi, just trying to take better care of myself
fitness goals: be an asset in a zombie apocalypse.
What is the 75 hard challenge?:
1. Follow a Diet: no alcohol, and no junk food for 75 days.
2. Exercise Twice a Day: Two workouts daily, each lasting at least 45 minutes, one of which must be outdoors.
3. Read 10 Pages of Non-Fiction: Read at least 10 pages of a non-fiction book daily.
4. Drink One Gallon of Water: Consume one gallon (128 ounces or about 3.8 liters) of water daily.
5. Take a Progress Picture: Snap a daily photo to track your physical progress.
If you miss any task, start over from day one.

Hi, Dasia. Love the channel. My week has been great (as are most weeks). My skates finally arrived from the US!! So, been loving practicing every day for 45 minutes. After 3 days, I can now stand up unaided and can stand still without the skates rolling backwards and forwards!! (my equivalent of a triple Lutz!!). Also had some family birthdays this week, so spent Monday with family, which was amazing. Scottish weather meant no bike so far this week, but the next 5 days look great, so I'll be doing my usual 15 to 20 miles a day. I normally rack up between 60 and 80 miles per week. I retired 9 months ago, so making great use of the free time I now have, but there's still lots of time left in the day to reopen familiar doors and delve into past passions as well as the new one!

I have a similar bike. In that clip, your handle bars are moving a ton...I suggest to tighten your handle bars, it was moving a lot and that would make the workout way harder.
