I done fell off on practicing every damn day lol because I'm in the middle of selling my house and moving by myself. That plow pose (hope I'm saying it right) took all the tension in my neck and shoulders away. I will be doing this pose often. Thank you Nico!🥰

Having done Yoga everyday for five months has helped me so much. The last three weeks were really hard for me so I didn't get to do this routine of mine. This was just the right video for getting started again. My body felt rusty and it was more difficult than it used to feel but afterwards I now also feel relieved of tension and free. Good 🌞. This was very calming and soothing, thank you. I feel so far great having made it to 1 week showing up everyday, as you know the previous challenge for me I ran into some medical issues that slowed me down, but being well now, thank God, I'm able to show up and each practice has flowed into the next appropriately; it feels right. Although I didn't quite make it to a full split or plow I still got a proper stretch and used my breath. Thank you Nico and blessings to you this day. 🌟🤲🏾👍🏽🥰🌹🙏🏽😇🤲🏾

This flow was sooooooo good. I’m coming into awareness there is definitely something stored in my hips (emotionally/spiritually). Every day / flow something new surfaces and gives me something to reflect on. Loving the challenge so far. Helping me to tune into my body more and actually pay attention to the wisdom it’s been trying to give me 😂 that wisdom trying to save me from this sinking ship, and I have the audacity to some days say back, “no I don’t want to be saved.”

Just got to day 7 and it’s been a wonderful journey so far. my body feels really loose and limber and i look forward to starting my days off with mindfulness and being in my body. the stretches are challenging but nico always gives an alternative option, so there’s no pressure to hold an uncomfortable pose. i can’t wait for week 2!

I appreciate you.. caught my eye with the “every damn day” so this was day 7 for me. I’m recovering from a CV injury and lateral pelvic tilt(multiple issues) so I’ve been trying to ease back into being active with yoga and began my cleanse on the way to an all fruit diet. I went from training 2/day for years to the couch.. Consistency is a crucial key for me so this yoga daily is very symbolic.. I will be healed by the end of this 30 damn days of yoga. Late night yoga this turned into …for anyone with joint problems ( kids breastfeeding 🤱 have made mine very sensitive) use two good quality mats together have a blanket for your knees/head neck / low back beside you. Really helps me using two mats for 3 years now. Really loved that class needed it after yesterday one 🤣🥰 thank you for putting your time and skill as a free 30 day yoga. I am toning up and this has made my weaning journey a lot easier.
