No repeat cardio is perfect! The beauty of these is you can put them together with a couple of other Daily 10s to make a complete custom workout! 🤩

Loved this no repeat cardio! I think with the no repeats I find it easier to power through an exercise, because I know it’s the last time😉 Have a great day!

Oh my, did I challenge myself today! I needed to play a little catch up so I came up with a power hour with Heather and it ended up being a true power hour sweat sesh!! Here are the 10 minute sessions I combined today: 10 minute Squat challenge, 10 minute recent brutal cardio, Day 5, Day 7, Day 8 and Day 9 of the 30 day challenge. This 49-year old is feeling strong for getting it done!

This Challenge actually turned my entire life around. I am a stay at home mom, lamenting over my "mom-bod" wanting and knowing i needed to exercise use but just couldn't find a workout that I could stick with. These 10min workouts have changed my life and I'm only on day 9. I love how at the end you put a pairing workout so that you don't have to go searching for a workout to pair it with, for me this workout has been a game changer. I also lost 6lbs within these first 9 days. Thank you for taking the time to put this together. I see light at the end of my weight loss tunnel! ❤

I love this. Sometimes my heartrate doesn't go up enough when I'm weight training, so this is a perfect way to finish!

When we move our body, our brain is stimulated and its functions are activated. In particular, running activates the hippocampus, which controls memory, and the frontal lobe, which issues important commands such as concentration, thinking, and emotions. These are exactly the important abilities that are directly related to improving work performance. The reason why running stimulates the brain is because moving the muscles improves blood circulation, which brings more oxygen to the brain and increases the number of brain cells. Since there are many muscles in the legs, \"running\" is particularly effective in activating the brain. In fact, some studies have shown that the capacity of the hippocampus increases with continuous aerobic exercise, and that aerobic exercise produces new nerve cells in the brain.

No Repeats are my FAV, the music was really good and upbeat 💪🏾💃🏾I always think 10 minutes, how bad could it be 😅 until i am out of breath trying to figure out was that 10 minutes or an hour worth of sweat and huffing and puffing 💦💨 Great job Heather, looking forward to trying more of your videos 💜
