Time for a Total Body Pilates Workout! This HIIT fusion workout includes a series of Pilates inspired exercises that are great for toning and creating lean muscle, improving mobility and flexibility and will even get that heart rate up and have you breaking a sweat! This low impact, no jumping workout requires no equipment and there are no repeats so we will keep that body guessing. Follow along!

I’m 15 yrs old, this is the first day EVER I do pilates (or a full body exercise in general)! I completed about 20 minutes and I didn’t make it to 30 bcs I got really tired, but hopefully tomorrow I’ll do better 💪

This is a great no repeat version of hiit pilates,i did it with ankle weights and felt super fresh and rejunavated in The morning,thank you heather you are so cool and creative🌺

I love these Pilates workouts because you can definitely feel them while you are working. Then afterwards, you have this really lovely relaxed feeling like you just did a nice stretch too.

I’m used to HIIT or Tabata, was looking for something different this morning & found your video…… I’m sooooooo excited! It’s so perfect in so many levels - No repeat !!!! Less intense than cardio HIIT but yet I still feel all the strength training this is amazing!

It was the first time I tried out these exercises. I love the smooth change between the exercises and that there are always 10 sec of rest where I can prepare, so I do not have to worry to miss time. I would like to have these 10 sec also after the 30 sec of rest. I loved the cool down, but it could have been longer (although one is able to extend it by yourself). Thank you!

With all of the weight training I do, it amazes me how challenging this is for me. I used to think Pilates was a joke, clearly not! It certainly lets me know how important it is that I differentiate my workouts. Keep pushing myself to the next level. Thank you Heather for introducing me to this type of workout! The muscles you’re using are different than the ones you use with your weights- unless you’re doing the same movements in the video with weights, then that’s a different story.

I have done your 12 week 3 times, your glow up, and others. THIS was one of the hardest ones for me! I needed this workout more than I thought. Things get tight and ignored. It was simple and challenging and focused. It hit all the things that get overlooked with higher intensity stuff and just my weak points (hips, pelvic floor, medial glutes). Who needs PT? Thank you!!!!!!

This was my first go at Pilates. It was also my first attempt at muscle work after 2 months out following a slipped disk. It was so satisfying! I loved and enjoyed this workout! It thought it would be an easy workout and that I wouldn't break a sweat since it's been raining here but I was wrong! I took me 40 mins to finish it though hahaha. Thank you for this amazing work out video 😊

Oh my! I LOVE this one!!! I really adore everything about your channel. I love that you go over the format real quick at the beginning, I love that you show the UPCOMING exercise the entire time during the break periods, and I love that there is NO speaking during the workout! It's perfect for me! You are my go-to workout. I also love the variety: legs, arm, abs, pilates, barre, booty, strength, etc. I also am glad to see some shorter workouts...sometimes my day can only hold a few minutes for exercise and these are perfect.

Did I stop at 20 minutes? Yes. Do I feel guilty? Yep :( . But was it the right thing to do? Yes. I haven’t worked out in ages, so if you’re like me, you need to remember to listen to your body and know when it’s enough. Even if it means you don’t finish it, but you come back in a month and complete it with ease🧡

I've been only doing this for 2 days in the morning and i really felt guilty the first time cuz i stopped so many times in the middle (and i actually felt throwing up right after cuz i really forced myself out of guilt), and the next day i quickly felt the improvement in my stamina. thank you so much for these inspiring words

it's so harder than i expected but i loved it ! i used to do so many cardio and weight training and calisthenics. this year i am going to do Pilates or yoga only coz my body is so tired if these masculine workouts. i am done with them!

I love your AMRAMP and Tabata videos the best but once in a while I try something out of my comfort zone and am pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy workouts such as these. This was way tougher than I expected and I loved every minute of it. Thanks so much!

This workout is amazing. I started from 0. 10 days ago I couldn't reach the first rest. Today, I reached exercises after second rest. But that triceps press seems as if I am doing it wrong. I can do only 2 proper triceps press. Anyone else following this workout?

Usually I don't leave comments under your videos but I have been following you for a while now and I just wanna say: thank you so much for your work. I used to do lots of HIIT but due to my knee tendinitis I can't work out too much. Your pilates HIIT, tho, is just what I need to sweat without breaking my joints. Thank you so so much 🤍 thanks to you, I've learned to really appreciate working out and not just bc I get a nice booty or toned arms. Thank you ✨

The exercises are nice but it would be helpful to have comments throughout. It makes it easier for me to follow.

I love the music!!! It's so motivating! I've been doing pilates with the same online teacher for long time and I was skeptical about trying new videos because I feel very comfortable with her but I'm glad I found this one!!

I love your workout videos! The no repeat are my favorites and I was so excited to find this Pilates/HIIT fusion. It was a welcome change from the weights and cardio - its felt great to switch things up and got me excited to workout again. Thanks for the great content!

I absolutely enjoyed this. Thank you for this wonderful low impact but super efficient workout. I loved that there was music throughout and beeps for the transitions. Perfect for follow along. I run a good sweat by the end of it . Lots of love to you

Just completed my first ever pilates workout 😊 Didn't need any extra break and did all the exercises without stopping... I'm proud of me 🥰 keep in mind that i'm used to hiit workout ! So it wasn't really hard but i totally enjoyed it. I felt so peaceful and graceful 🦋💜

I did this workout when it came out first and have been doing it since then whenever I want to do pilates, and till today, this is the best pilates workout that exists on KZbin.
