Just wanted to leave a note for everyone saying to use caution when taking bee pollen. It can cause allergic reactions or even anaphylaxis. This can happen spontaneously even in people who don’t have bee/honey allergies and who have taken bee pollen regularly. Also, there’s been some research done that suggests to the that because of the hydrophobic natures of pollen and beeswax, they can act like sponges for pesticide residues. There is no such thing as ‘organic’ honey or bee pollen/wax since bees travel too far for flowers for any farm to control whether the flowers they are visiting are organic or not. Honey is mostly safe, but bees wax or pollen may cause issues if taken in excess. As with anything, just know the risks and exercise caution! If you’ve never taken it before or have allergies, start slow and don’t go crazy :)

Cambria... I find talkative people annoying and overwhelming but your energy, enthusiasm and how knowledgeable and your passion to share what you've learned to us without agenda is unparalleled. I find myself actually falling asleep to your videos (this is a good thing lol) instead of wanting to skip your videos because your goodness emanates through the screen. I'm not saying you're a talkative person but you do go on tangents and talk a lot but your message is full of positivity and meaning that my nervous system gets relaxed instead of overwhelmed. You're becoming one of my favorite YTers because of how real you are, and how helpful you are without an agenda and that's a rareness in this platform. Thank you for that and thank you for being here. I appreciate you and what you do.

Hi Cambria! I love your videos so much, they've given me so much inspiration on what to eat to keep me healthy. I'm a runner and I also workout daily, and I've always struggled with finding the right foods to nourish me and give me energy for those things. Your videos help me so much with finding the right things to eat that will help me throughout the day. Thank you so much!! Also, could you make a video with lunch recipes? I would appreciate that so much!

So I have an allergic reaction to bee pollen. I’m not allergic to stings or honey etc. but can’t do the pollen. Very itchy throat and trouble breathing. It’s important to warn people to start w a tiny amount and work their way up to make sure they have no reaction. ESP when considering giving to kiddos.

okay very serious - as a pharmacist who’s very holistic, i know that the body also loves homeostasis so it doesn’t get that off of your vitamins and minerals if you’re a healthy person. So do you know what can happen if you’re adding in all these nutrients and minerals and it’s just an overload? like if you have plenty of B vitamins, why do you need bee pollen? also, i legit respect you so much and would love your thoughts lol

Can you explain your thoughts on antibiotics ? I try extremely hard to not take them unless it’s absolutely necessary with no other option. A lot of doctors just prescribe them when they aren’t necessary. I’ve always thought they are the absolute worse thing you could possibly take for your gut and immune health. So I’m just a little confused because your trying so hard to get your gut healthy but yet your going to take antibiotics? Are you not happy about having to take antibiotics but it’s absolutely the only option you have for h. Pylori? Or have I just been overly negative about them. I’ve been told and also had an experience with me so that it takes 3mos or longer for our body to recover from antibiotics because they kill everything good in our body as well. My son got so sick from taking antibiotics. It became a vicious cycle. His poor gut health/immune system got so depleted and because he was in preschool exposed to so many germs he just kept getting sick because his body couldn’t recover from the antibiotics before he was exposed to something again so he would get sick back to back. Everytime he would get a cold/virus it just always went to his chest and he would end up with pneumonia every time. It got so bad they had to put him to sleep and suck out all bacterial infested mucus 2x’s. We finally got out of the vicious cycle by having to live basically in a bubble with him for 3 mos. I had someone come to our home to care for him so he wasn’t having to go to preschool and be around all those germs, no play dates, limited time in public places, eating lots of immune boosting foods and lots of sanitizing. We finally went 3 mos with no illness and his immune system was finally able to get strong enough and no more back to back illnesses. The person that helped us and explained what they believed was happening was a natural doctor. Not his regular pediatrician. The natural path Dr. is the one who suggested I just really protect him for 3 mos to keep him from catching anything so his body could recover and build its self back up. It was a little bit of a pain but those 3 mos went by really fast and anything was so worth my sons health of course. It was scary him getting pneumonia like 6 times in a year, everyday multiple times a day on a nebulizer. Anyway, can you share your thoughts on antibiotics and what your thoughts are on them for our gut. Thank you, love your channels so much! Congratulations Cambria ❤

Suffering is not for nothing by Elisabeth Elliot is what helped my perspective and heart over time after my miscarriage. I had to talk about mine for a long time and I was going through the same things. I felt like if I stopped talking about it I’d lose my baby all over again. But the truth is while I lost something, the Lord gave me so much more in return. I’m grateful for my sufferings and the gift of perseverance and His Kingdom that awaits. Jesus is Lord and we are His.
