Love you Cambria congrats!! On a sidenote, I am a sister in Christ currently struggling and asking for prayer. I have been sick my whole pregnancy it is my first and I am 20 weeks. I have tried everything and I am currently getting infusions for hydration 3x a week just to keep myself alive. I eat one meal a day if I’m lucky. I have trust that God will heal me and I know this isn’t his will for me to be sick but it’s been so hard. He’s really been testing my faith. I have had to quit my job. My husband and I pray daily together, and at this point I just feel so defeated. If I can be kept in your prayers I would so appreciate it.❤️

I had the sickness this bad when I was pregnant. It's the hardest thing ever, and most do not understand. I'm so sorry you're going through it too. When it ends, I swear you will be so proud of yourself that you went through all of this to bring your baby into the world. Drink when you can, sleep as much as you need, take baths. I took 3 baths a day, it was the only time I felt relief. The only food I could eat sometimes was a piece of deep-dish pizza. Absolutely everything else, even water made me throw up. I was so miserable. You'll get through this ❤

I just wanted to let you know how milk and honey has been sooo encouraging. I got it for my bday right after my first breakup and it has encouraged my heart and helped draw me closer to God. I read it for my quiet time in the morning and I just love it.

These lemon cottage cheese pancakes are amazing! I substituted lime and all purpose flour because I didn’t have lemon or gluten free flour and they turned out super yummy. Even my toddler loved them! I’m surprised how I feel energized after eating them. I typically feel bloated and tired after eating normal pancakes. Thank you for the recipe Cambria!

What do you suggest for Type 1 Diabetics. They don’t have a working pancreas and we know enzymes are made in the pancreas. So shouldn’t doctors be telling T1 Diabetics to supplement?

How many packets of LMNT can you have a day? I typically do one a day but seem to crave more lol. I just tried the chocolate one in my peppermint hot chocolate and it made me feel good that I was getting minerals while indulging☺️

Hi Cambria, thanks for your passion. I have a question as my doctors don’t really help. Little back story. I was diagnosed with Adrenal insufficiency about 3 years ago (8 years of weird symptoms) I have hashimotos and Graves’ disease thyroid diseases. I am currently struggling with a lot of food issues as in. My liver or pancreas doesn’t deal well with fats (good fats or sugar) and I am jaundice probably 70% of the time. I get better when I eat pretty much 0 fat but that is not sustainable. I started taking enzymes to help with the loads of nutrient deficiency’s that I seem to have. My body just doesn’t hold on to nutrients. I know there must be something wrong with my gut. I have to take loads of iron just so I am not anemic. Now supplements I take. Well. I take them all! I’m talking like over 30 pills a day just so I can feel sort of normal. I spray magnesium under my arms every night. I drink loads of potassium and I have at least 2 litres of electrolytes water plus 2 litres of other liquids (teas coconut water smoothie ect) I literally cannot go an hour without electrolytes as my body does not retain salt. My question is. What else can I do? My body is bent on not retaining minerals! You talk so much about how important minerals are but I don’t know how to make my body accept them… help.

I have PCOS,am borderline diabetic and newly was diagnosed with what I've been suffering with for over 20 years undiagnosed until recently, Hydroentritis Superativia. With the help of my new Dr. I am teming Metformin and Spironalactone which keep the boil like sores and rashes at bay. I would much orefer to be on a natural medicine, herbs ,oils or tinctures,do you have any suggestions for me,please help.🙏🏻

The salt thing is different for everyone. I have the Malden salt as well and you need to use a lot more of it in food because it comes as big flakes vs someone using regular table salt you probably don’t need that much since it’s fine and alot more salt goes in. I learned that the hard way once 😂🫣
