Misa is half Singaporean, half Japanese and I followed her day in Singapore. She works at Yogibo, which recently opened in Suntec City. Misa was born in Singapore but grew up in Japan, and decided to come back to Singapore for her career. What was the decision-making like, and what is her life like as a half Singaporean?

My experience of riding on a peak hour train in Tokyo. It's so "jam packed" in the carriage that one doesn't have to hold on to anything. Everyone is pressing against one another so tightly, there is just no space for one to fall 🤪

Once I was at Kagawa Yashimaji top. I told my friend while we looking down the city of Takamatsu. He told me, quite a number of Ambulance Siren sound in the evening. Tokyo, Osaka and Hakata are forever expanding, and packing. Whereas places like Shikoku, residents is getting less, and shrinking in rapid pace.

Spent my poly internship in a retail store, and that part about eating alone really brings me back haha as an introvert it ironically helps me to recharge but sometimes i do wish i had a companion to talk abt random stuff with. And the whole section of Ghib Ojisan learning the ropes of being a sales rep is very nostalgic to me too as I was very much like him at the start

In those days when I worked for my former employer which was a Japanese global firm, sometimes when we came to the office late in the morning, we will find our Japanese expat boss sitting at our desk waiting for us 🤣 Sound scary but true. You should help out a fellow Singaporean behind the bar currently for 24 years with no remission. It happened In the midst of an argument and he pushed a Japanese person and the japanese man fell to his dead, he called the ambulance too, for jack it was truly an unfortunate accident that no one wanted. Maybe you can close the gap between two countries, two cultures, embracing acceptance & forgiveness on both sides but not just on a surface level between two countries, businesses, relationships & ties.

They simply allow a person, a nobody with zero liabilities, who came from a background of vices or a nature of such, to make a repressive choice under the influence of drugs, so let me ask you again ? Is that his choice or their choice ? I acknowledged my role in it but I certainly am not turning a blind eye nor disregarding facts that are ongoing too. Question not the un-desirable plants but truly the hands that sowed, the hands that nurture and also the hands that watch it grow in the first place, princess.
