Love you guys!! Not a Dr. but I see you taking all your vitamins and meds at same time. Be careful not to mix, some vitamins can conflict with the absorption of prescription pills. My Dr. told me to take my prescription meds in morning and vitamins with lunch. Especially, if it’s blood pressure meds-you may need to take on an empty stomach 1st thing in the morning. 💪🏼💪🏼
