🤸🏼‍♀️ A full body mobility workout that’s low-intensity/low-impact but still helps you increase range of motion & feel refreshed.
🎯 Target areas: joints that benefit from mobilisation aka spine, shoulders, hips, ankles & wrists + surrounding muscles
💭 How To Use: as active rest on your day off or whenever you feel like it (this is its own lower intensity workout, I suggest to not combine it with a home/gym strength workout to avoid negative effects on your speed/power/explosiveness)

Im a 26 yr old male. I go to the gym a lot and do minimal stretching. Today I was like I need to do a mobility circuit. Found this video. The whole time I was saying out loud “Jesus Julia” and “woah Julia” bcz this shit was hittin hittin. Thanks Julia!

I suddenly had some serious health issues come up in May that have left me bed ridden and not able to do my normal intense workouts and stretching. I have lost all flexibility. I cannot tell you how grateful I was to find this video!!! I almost cried because I felt a little more like myself and it relieved pain from being in bed so long!! It made me feel good enough to continue stretching when it was over. I wanted more. Thank you!!!

your channel has been popping up on my feed for the past few days and honestly I have overlooked it because I already have my set favorites that I use to exercise. But this morning I was feeling achy but didn't want to skip a workout so i type in mobility and your channel came up again. I thought why not and I am glad I did! This was just what I needed today as I wanted to honor my body's aches and need for more mobility but still wanted to feel like I was working out. Thank you!

90 90 swith ext rotation and the front lunges 45deg lunge etc are SOOOO good after glute exercises

Is it just me or are the lying t-spine rotations really tough to do with good form? I mean it feels great, but boy is it tough.

Not just you friend. Same with me. You most likely have upper thoracic spine mobility issues. Well that's what my PT told me. He showed me the same exercise and made it look so easy and then I tried it.😅 He told me that my right side is fine. My upper left side has crap mobility. It's why I love Julia and her videos so much. It's great PT/ rehab.

They‘re pretty hard! I can‘t always keep both shoulders on the floor but yes, it‘s a good indicator for thoracic spine mobility - extension and rotation specifically. 😊 They‘ll get better over time but you could implement some of my t-spine routines if you wanted to. 🤟🏼

I would point you to my evening routines! They‘re generally slower and include some stretches. I‘ll do a shorter 10 min. stretching session soon. ☺️

if possible, sit on your heels (so kneeling), support yourself with your hands behind the body and then extend your hips (push through glutes) until you feel a stretch in your quads 🤗
