@ I would have to disagree. I love mumbo but even I can see a clear bias. It makes sense that they would approach him cause he is a massive Minecraft KZbinr. I would also say that being able to go behind the scene also would create a clear bias. Honestly I was expecting a more critical view with mumbo cause he actually does graphic designing and is even better behind the camera to create a good appeal in both art and camera work to make very pleasing videos. I would hope him of all people could’ve realized how a audience might look at the original trailer and say that it’s off or might not be pleasing to a larger audience cause of it’s over use green screens that just make the characters seem so out of place. That’s not what we got tho. We got a video of a very positive outlook with little or no criticism. It’s not hate its feedback cause nobody wants this movie to fail. Even I have my own thoughts cause I think the only reason why they choose to live action characters is so that they can use Jack blacks face and character to promote the movie just like Jumanji did with Dwayne. I think live action characters like a lot of people think is a major blunder and takes away from the movie. I would have hope that somebody like mumbo who create entire stories and worlds within Minecraft could’ve actually see that as well. These are the legitimate criticisms that the community made with the original trailer in hopes to make it better and make it more successful. At least the creators of the Minecraft movie are willing to listen to us and say yes that trailer was a blunder and we know why it was a blunder and we hear you.

These live actions characters looks so bland compared to the zombie or skeleton and they could’ve done so much more with that art style and the main characters to create something truly unique but yet makes the characters feel like they are Minecraft. By making it live action they took an entire aspect of believability from the movie cause the environment feels like Minecraft. Not the character and they are bland in comparison. As someone who generally played Minecraft growing up, this second teaser so far was a great improvement than the first just like how the first sonic teaser was👍. The animation with the building, underground tunnel and the skeletons made it fit perfectly even though Steve as a real Jack black felt awkward but this still makes up for it.

Haven't watched the new Jumanji movies, but I'd think a third one would be worse than this. Plus, no-one complains about the fact that Star Wars, Harry Potter, Eragon, etc. have VERY SIMILAR if not the SAME plotlines as each other. And yet now that A Minecraft Movie has a potentially similar plot to Jumanji everyone is FREAKING OUT about it? Doesn't make much sense to me, but okay.

Star wars is in space and sci fi, Harry Potter is in school and is magical, ect This is literally just Jumanji. People end up in a game world, and have to escape. There's also an old guy that's been in the game. They even both got Jack Black for crying out loud.

Can you really blame them for their desperation? Movie work takes thousands apon thousands of hours and dollars. With the kind of backlash the first trailer got, there’s no way they DIDN’T panic. What’s important is that they listened to feedback, and they’re still working on it. I have so much more hope for this movie after the BTS and the new trailer.

I actually like it a lot. I'm excited. Jared Hess is an amazing director and I'm sure he's very passionate about the sets and props he's creating for his movie. His movies are weird, but passionate, and they always have incredible attention to detail. I never hated it and I'm actually super excited to see how this film plays out.

Definitely a better trailer. But I’m unsure as to if that makes it a better movie. And the answer is probably not because you can place grass over any creeper explosion. You won’t know there’s a hole beneath there until you dig into it. I’ll tell you though: Pixels was not a good movie. Not at all. But while it was an absolutely terrible Sandler movie, I still enjoyed rewatching it recently for the simplicity of it and for the cool spectacles and action sequences and references and stuff. Now this does seem like it’s gonna be worse than Pixels since it’s got that hint of Jumanji in there, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was still a fun watch even if we roll our eyes to the first few viewings. And Mojang is closely working on this as well, and as this trailer shows it is gonna be packed with references, rules of the game, even some good ol C418 and dammit I’d be a fool if I didn’t think they’d throw Lena Raine’s Pigstep in as the theme of that Nether Tribe. And there’s gotta be a ton of KZbinr references… I have a feeling this will be an entertaining cashgrab. Am I happy with that for a Minecraft Movie? Not at all, but we’ve had months to let it sink in and the best way to approach this movie is to accept it for what it is. And this trailer does make it seem way better than the first trailer did, so only time will really tell.

After I watch The second trailer I thought it was bad as the first trailer but to be fair the logo design For Warner Bros. and two logos is well created as the Minecraft design but I love Minecraft that game is my favourite alongside with Roblox So the character designs of villages I was said after I fast backwards to the villages I was said is that supposed to be the villages and I didn’t say the same thing to the zombies After I fast backwards to The zombies and skeletons and I pause the video I thought The cows are designed for the zombies as bad as the sheep and the llama design from the first trailer but I was impressed that they make the bee aka the wharfs look exactly like from the original game and the chicken After I saw the poster from the KZbinrs Community even though I look down on someone’s comments What’s do they Think of the character designs for the chicken for this movie on the KZbinrs community but this movie is still gotta be suck

I'm looking forward to a Minecraft movie. I'm interested in the game mechanics that come up in the movie. Taming wolves, redstone, and ender pearl transport will, if the trailer is anything to go on. But what about an mgl save with a bucket of water, or enchanting, or the other hostile mobs like illagers: vindicators, evokers. Or the movie could progress like the game play with someone who has played the game already. I hope we get to see temples, like the jungle and desert.
