When you see how devoted the father was to his son and what a deep beautiful love he had it tears at your heart. All children should be so fortunate as to have such parents. As the father of a 20 year old girl seeing the pain and sorrow of Jesse’s dad was almost overwhelming. There’s something very unique about the love a father has for his daughter. Imagining his loss struck fear in my heart. I hope he has the comfort that can only come from God. God is the author of life and there will be a resurrection one day for all who believe in Jesus. If it weren’t for my faith I wouldn’t survive that kind of tragedy.

I’m the mother of a stillborn daughter. This was 37 years ago, I’m still stunned that I outlived one of my children. Jessie’s dad crying rips my heart to shreds. When he talked about waking from a nightmare about her…ugh. The dirt bag that killed Jessie is 100 a cold blood heartless psychopath. Scores a 10 out of 10. Zero feelings, remorse, regret, empathy, guilt, shame for what he did to Jessie. Only a psychopath cold heartless killer would react like he did in court. He actually looked like it was a huge inconvenience when he was in court . Narcissist. I hope he rots in hell. Her poor poor father. I cried so bad for him. Just heartbreaking.
