It has taken me a year to work up to watching this kill count because as a kid I saw a clip of Brenda's death and it scarred me, between that and that one ladie's death in Leprechaun, I developed a very specific disgust for humans dying that way. But until there's a magical new drug, it'll remain incurable. and the doctors barely got lucky with the current regime that has mostly stopped the growth; emphasis on the mostly. So, right now, I'm just waiting for the tumors that are laying on my heart to finally just kill me and hope the pain doesn't drive me nuts in the mean time. But I'm guessing that's way too much info :D

If I remember correctly, Grant died as soon as the parasite got into his brain, so from the point of contamination it's not Grant anymore, it's an alien wearing his body like a meat suit. So you could count him as a kill right at the beginning. Plus, funny fact, he didn't kill Starla because it was still Grant fighting him for control, the alien literally never experienced being wanted in a sexual or romantic way, never being treated like Starla treated Grant, so he never killed her from the twisted sense of attachment or something.
