Dr. Justin Moseley, your message truly resonated with me! As a pastor and public speaker for 23 years, I've continually faced the fear and excitement before stepping on stage. Changing my mindset about who I was performing for-myself or the people I serve-has made all the difference. Thank you for your inspiring guidance, my friend!

Sometimes we need to push ourselves. I'm autistic and very introverted. I realized early on that I needed to force myself to do uncomfortable things so I don't let my issues control me. I took speech classes in junior high, high school and college. I hated it but I forced myself to do it to grow. I volunteer for speaking opportunities at work even though it makes me nervous. The feeling of pride in myself after I give a presentation is wonderful. Dr. Justin is right. We all have a message to share.

Thankyou Justin I am currently attempting to step up into a Supervisory role at work and the fear of public speaking has always been my own personal enemy. That Fear has held me back my entire life from accepting leadership roles that have been offered. If I can take just one key point from your talk among so many, and apply it to my own attempts to conquer my fear it will be "There is a message inside of you that the world is waiting to hear". Thanks heaps Justin 🙏

Dr. Justin Mosley' lecture about the fear of public speaking was relatable. Firstly, he reiterated that we all have something unique to say that other people will learn from immensely. This realization gives us the righting power to see our experiences as valuable. Mosley also emphasizes the need for us to turn the spotlight away from ourselves and to our audience in building some sense of purpose into sharing ourselves. He talks about how the body reacts similarly with fear and excitement. It helps him justify how we should reframe fear as energy rather than a block. Through personal stories, he shows that overcoming those fears creates a big positive change in other people's lives, which reinforces the ripple effect of sharing our stories. Finally, his closing message to find our voices reminds us that even the smallest of contributions can have far-reaching effects.
