Thanks, Joe, for doing such a stellar job at producing Dean, your friend, toward the end of his life. It was a way for us to see that the Dean's potential was reached before his passing. I particularly love this song! I have used the phrase "till the cows come home" most of my life. I also am tied to Scotland through one of my great grandfathers from Ayrshire!

I don't know why (as I'm not Scottish) but I'm drawn to the voices of Gerry Rafferty, Dean Ford, Hue & Cry, Deacon Blue (and not forgetting Roy Williamson of the Corries responsible for the glorious Flower of Scotland), all of whom have this in-built harmonies and richness that is unique. Love this song. Great to see and hear Dean Ford singing again. My first job - my boss's nephew was the bass player in Marmalade. She was a good boss & came fae Lenzie. Who made the video travelling "North on the Glasgow Road" must've missed Glasgow & went straight past! First we see Dunnotter Castle near Aberdeen, then the A822 North out of Crieff ,took a left after Amulree & headed by the Sma Glen to Aberfeldy. Stopped off at Loch Tay & eventually headed South towards Glasgow. Great though!
