Another outstanding interview with Dean. Dean is always so astute and well thought out. He always achieved astounding muscularity and a laser-like level of conditioning, and his intelligence, knowledge of his body’s responses to various training methods and his dedication are always so inspiring. Great interview!

Awesome video. I train much like Dean. I was very interested to hear him speak about boron. I have a good level of testosterone for 59, but my free testosterone is on the low side because of high SHBG. I’d like to hear more about his experience with it. I had tried boron for six months with no improvement in my numbers, but would like to try again

Tongkat ali works quite well for a lot of people, I find boron at 9mg a day works well for keeping inflammation low, I find when first starting it sex drive goes up but after a week it returns to baseline, it's like the body is always trying to return to that baseline, stinging nettle root is supposed to lower shgb but it's not something I've tried

Dean mentioned the issue of strength loss as he has gotten older specifically on leg press and dumbbell pressing. Has he noticed significant muscle loss or has been been able to keep his muscle size up despite strength loss due to his method of training? Thank you.

Sorry I didn't mean to say has Dean lost strength due to his training method but has he been able to maintain size using his system despite losing strength.hope that makes sense!

I wonder why people do multiple sets when one set is enough ??
@jjr82204 ай бұрын
It’s because modern training is about frequency and volume. Most people are grossly overtrained.

@@jjr8220 a lot of people are going to find themselves quitting, or turning to PED’s when they burn out on high volume and frequency
