Haynesworth was talented but did nothing with it. Lacked pride, character & intestinal fortitude. He could’ve been one of the best, but he didn’t honestly love the game. A missed opportunity for Albert. This is the prime example of how a hard worker can succeed over a more talent person. It’s all about not passing up on an opportunity.. have passion, heart & determination!.

This is why NFL contracts are not guaranteed. This happens a lot. See Shaun Alexander after he signed his contract for the Seahawks in 2005. He didn't fake an i jury but from that point on anytime a defender approached him, he would just magically slip and fall down before any contact. We had to watch him do that for a whole season before we finally cut him...which caused us to lose all that money for NOTHING. These guys are just simply playing for the one big contract. No loyalty on either side so it's a little tougher to judge them but still this is garbage.
