Here, I'VE DEBUNKED the QnA of death battle about Ben 10 vs green lantern. Death battle heavily downplayed Alien X. Alien X is extra dimensional and recreated all existence 3 times which is 26 dimensional. But death battle Liam said that Alien X is only Universal, he downplayed the attack Potency of Alien X. Liam said that big bang took 6 seconds, but those were only for the preparation time for the operation of big bang, they're not related to the speed of the big bang after it starts. He says that fail safe isn't perfect because due to chronosapian time bomb, ben died, but at that time he already gave his Omnitrix away to no watch ben, and other alternate bens died who don't have Omnitrix stated to be having a fail safe. He said that Alien X explicitly can't survive, but that was his assumption, because celestialsapians forge the group only for the agreement, not for using their power to survive, after agreement of bonding powers, they can explicitly use their power to survive any kind of destruction as already stated in that link. Even another writer duncan confirmed that Alien X can destroy and create the whole creation/existence as many times as he wants to. Thei said that hal is casually universal yet he couldn't even defeat zod who has no universal feats. They even took feats from other characters and used them as Hal's feats, they basically cheated.

Blake vs Mikasa would be a no brainer on who would win because everyone would agree Blake outclasses Mikasa and it's highly requested. Adam vs Sam is also highly requested, both have similar levels of screen time, and both are dead so who cares. Difference here is that everyone knows Sam would win because Adam is at a natural disadvantage because of how his powers worked. Also unlike Mitsuru, Sam's feats are much easier to gauge whereas with Mitsuru you have to infer her limits because of how the game was presented

I don't know much about Alucard and I'm a super JoJo fan, but from what I hear about Alucard, he wins. DIO can't exactly regenerate, if he could why would he just be a head at the end of part 1? Also I think it's implied that Jonathan is fighting back DIO's control, possibly making his vampiric powers weaker and why we don't see them in part 3.

Well dio can regenerate. However, the amount dio can regenerate from is proportionate to how much blood he has drank. That's why he couldn't regenerate as a head when earlier he casually regenerated from being cut in half. That being said it wouldn't matter since alucard has practically infinite regeneration and he is more than capable of killing dio from a distance and up close.

How come when it comes to a death battle we see Rwby character fight better than they do in the show. Idk if the death battle animators only do death battle but they should help with RWBY'S fights senses a bit vol 6 got it down but.....that was with characters that all ready get good fight sense such as Cinder, Neo, Blake, Qrow Maria, and Adam, (Adam vs yang was a old fight sense Monte did before it got to that point CRWBY just cleaned it up with the Maya engine, you can tell the difference when Adam done fighting Blake and fight yang after BIG DIFFERENCE.) But everyone else their not much of them fight another person, Weiss fought vernal but..........yeah it was kinda stupid the way she was fighting, but in here....I MEAN JUST LOOK AT HER WE DON'T GET THIS TYPE OF CHOREOGRAPHY IN RWBY THIS IS BEYOND AMAZING OF WHAT THEY'RE CAPABLE OF

I know nothing about Persona, but based on what I know about RWBY, here's what I think about Weiss: Her greatest assets in battle are versatility and speed. Her glyphs and easy access to multiple attack types could give her a good control of the battlefield. She'll be in trouble if Mitsuru and her Personas can keep up with her. Also, Weiss is a bit of a glass cannon, so she won't be able to tank a lot of damage.

Huge Persona fan so Mitsuru can heal herself,charm and confuse foes, can triple her evasion of fire attacks or with accessories make herself immune to elemental attacks, double her attack with mind charge (Not continuiously just she has to recast after her next attack), has dodged lightning via zio, is immune to ice, an can drain energy and replenish her own. Feat wise she has fought Nyx which is death itself, and the investigation team members (Not all at once) who has fought literal deitis and won(izanami no Okami). Not dismissing Weiss just thought i'd give tou some info, would love to see you opinion.

When comparing these two as well as the fact that in persona 3 Fes [the true canon] Misturu has no weaknesses and the fact that Wiess has not won a single 1v1 in the series....... safe too say wiess loses but rooster teeth will nerf and ass pull to make sure she doesn't.

As both a Persona and RWBY fan, I'd say Mitsuru would easily win the fight. Mitsuru with her Persona fought and helped defeat Erebus, a creature who was stated to have the power to destroy mountains. Not even Salem, the main villain in RWBY, was shown capable of such power. Salem's best destructive feat yet was destroying her massive castle in her fight with Ozma in Volume 6's flashback, which at best has the size of a small city. And Weiss' power doesn't even compare to Salem's. I'm more interested in the battle animation itself than its actual verdict. It is looking better than the current battle animation in RWBY.

Helped defeat yes, but the scaling of enemies is a very slippery slope. I agree that Mitsuru has more experience, but Weiss does hold some advantages on her own that (if used correctly) could potentially win a fight.

Devinmaking “Helped defeat” includes tanking hits from the mountain-busting monster itself. Given the other power feats of other characters from Persona, I don’t see how it wouldn’t make sense that Mitsuru is comparable to Erebus on some level, and that’s still far too much for Salem or Weiss. The only way to consider this match-up in the first place is to disconsider the “mountain-busting” statement altogether, but that’s simply ignoring canon information for the sake of making this match-up possible. And don’t get me wrong, the fight is a neat concept, just like Yang vs Tifa, but it just doesn’t work for the exact same reasons. However, versatility is meaningless if the power gap is too great. It’s like an ant that knows martial arts going up against a regular person; it doesn’t matter. Fiction is pretty weird and power-scaling is too, but the latter should be taken into consideration, especially if it hasn’t been contradicted so far and makes sense considering the context of the Persona franchise. That they’ll disconsider the Erebus statement is a given. Honestly, I’m just curious as to how they’ll calculate her Attack Potency.

@@animedude8712 Not exactly. Both have crazy regenerative factors, insane strength and durability, and they get their powers from a symbiotic bond with an inhuman creature. Additionally, at one point, both characters had motivations of revenge against a certain figure in their lives. Also, Venom can basically shape-shift parts of his body into weapons, so he could feasibly create sword-like weapons to counter Ryuko's scissor-blades. Also, keep in mind the scissor-blades were created to destroy life fibers, not stab regular people. Also, in recent Venom comics (And by recent I mean within the last few years), Venom has gained the ability to merge with other symbiotes and become stronger (Not unlike the way Senketsu absorbs life fibers to grow stronger), and he's also gained the ability to fly. In terms of the victor, Ryuko would definitely win the battle, but not before Venom gave her a serious run for her money.

I think Hibiki from Symphogear would be a better match up. Both are a unique kind of magical girl. Both have are super strong, can move fast, can fly, and a verity of other things. They each also have a berserk mode, that makes the 2 go crazy and destroy everything in their path. The only differences is Hibiki is more of a puncher then a sword user. She could give the Joestar family a run for their money, in a game of punching. The 2 can also go into space. The other thing is, that their both around the same age. It just seems odd, to have Ryuko fight a giant space monster. But, that's just me and my thoughts on the matter.

Mitsuru lead a team with Minato through a tower filled with Shadows, each stronger than the last, before helping fight Nyx who is pretty much a deity. The strongest person Weiss fought was Raven's apprentice(can't remember her name).

My Predicitions: Weiss Schnee out-classes her in fencing, due to her years of training and experience. She might also be faster due to Time Dilation. ( Hence the "can't touch me ice queen" quote ) Mitsuru outclasses Weiss Schnee in Endurance and Power by a long shot. Weiss has always been shown to be the weaker part of RWBY. But she's super versatile, and honestly uses her Semblance the most out of anyone so it makes sense why her aura goes down quickly. Even though I love Weiss we all know she doesn't deserve to win. I look forward to this amazing murder of a fight though! Weiss is good at crowd control, not 1 v 1s.

@@samtoro67 Depends on which monsters though. The longer grimm live, the smarter they become. Some have lived for thousands of years and strategically wait to attack at the right moment. That was explained in Volume 2s "Search and Destroy". Lemme backtrack on what I said too. Maybe's Weiss endurance can last for a whole day, because she fought grimm in Volume 2 for the entire day, and had to deal with the faunus underground too immediately right after.

Not to mention her aura can take anything Tifa ACTUALLY can deal, not just based solely on gameplay numbers. Don't forget, there's tons of other sources like animations and movies that can showcase Tifa's limits and potential. Using the game itself as the only source is like using Smash to determine things. Like Jigglypuff could be more powerful than any other character Nintendo has simply because.

@@animedude8712 Not exactly. Both have crazy regenerative factors, insane strength and durability, and they get their powers from a symbiotic bond with an inhuman creature. Additionally, at one point, both characters had motivations of revenge against a certain figure in their lives. Also, Venom can basically shape-shift parts of his body into weapons, so he could feasibly create sword-like weapons to counter Ryuko's scissor-blades. Also, keep in mind the scissor-blades were created to destroy life fibers, not stab regular people. Also, in recent Venom comics (And by recent I mean within the last few years), Venom has gained the ability to merge with other symbiotes and become stronger (Not unlike the way Senketsu absorbs life fibers to grow stronger), and he's also gained the ability to fly. In terms of the victor, Ryuko would definitely win the battle, but not before Venom gave her a serious run for her money.

Weiss... doesn’t stand much of a chance. Mitsuru has more than the power and skill to defeat Weiss, who has troubles holding her own. The only way Weiss could win is if she manages to overpower Artemisia and finishing Mitsuru right after, considering how losing a Persona can cripple its user, going by Arena mecanics.

Well, let's play devil's advocate. Mitsuru has the advantage in magic power, durability, experience and her healing powers give her better endurance, assuming we scale her to other characters properly. That said, Weiss has fire dust, which negates Mitsuru's supposed durability advantage, her agility is so good she can avoid most of Mitsuru's attacks and her dust has been shown to block powerful ice attacks before. Even then, Mitsuru's durability is sketchy because other Persona users, like poor Shinji, have died to an ordinary gun shot. Mitsuru can slice apart at stone shadow, Weiss can tear apart robots. Mitsuru, on a good day, can dodge magic lightning, Weiss can do the same and has shown speeds that Mitsuru has never shown herself, especially when factoring in Time Dilation. Weiss survived being in the middle of a giant explosion caused by several missiles and summoned her lancer in seconds after that, Mitsuru scales to P4 casts who survived a town busting attack in the anime, but only in the anime. Even still it's important to not scale Mitsuru to wild card users, as they are inherently better than any other Persona user by nature. Weiss greatest advantage in the fight is her semblance. Her Glyphs give her superior control of the battlefield, allowing her to get in and out with ease, she can easily teleport her summons to favorable position to get an edge over Mitsuru, her glyphs can appear nearly anywhere, making it hard for Mitsuru to catch a break, and her disruption tools, like gravity and restraints, gives Weiss the tools to move Mitsuru where she wants to land something fatal. Mitsuru had her own disruption tools like Marin Karin, but these are few and far between and rarely work and ultimately not as useful, even if she manages to hit a summon, Weiss can just direct control of it and negate the effect. Plus Mitsuru's analytical skills are rather weak and are better suited outside of combat. And let's be real fighting gods doesn't automatically give you a win in Death Battle and Mitsuru could never beat Weiss by herself (w/o a Persona). In fact same as Weiss, Mitsuru's greatest feats came from working with her team to defeat a more powerful foe. All in all, while Mitsuru is a seasoned fighter with a lot of power and endurance, Weiss' superior speed and moblilty, better defenses, varied and creative arsenal and powers and overwhelming control of the battlefield should earn her a hard fought victory

Weiss at her best is City Block lvl she can defeat Grimm on her own who're small fry compared to I donno, everyone else in RWBY Mitsuru could take on P4AU's Shadows in her weakened state. It's debatable whether or not these shadows are exact replicas of the originals, but their stats in all are the same according to the labyrinth mode of the game so I'm going to assume they are. Death battle has always looked at characters at their fullest potential, not a random point in their timeline. So win/lose isn't as important as their maximum ability. Mitsuru has never faced opponents as diverse as Weiss on her own anyways, and there's no solid evidence to suggest Erebus can actually destroy an actual mountain aside from one line by Elizabeth, who over-exaggerates everything. Even if we say Erebus could, Weiss helped fight a Grimm in the manga that actually destroyed a mountain. And the Weiss almost dying by spear thing you mentioned occurred when Weiss was out of aura. The Persona user dying by gun thing is also constantly present throughout the series, it's not a one time thing.That's not to say I don't think Mitsuru will win, I'm just saying this match up is a lot closer than people are giving it credit for.

What a perfect balance of voice acting, music and animation amazing work sometimes it's stronger in only one or two points since sometimes a VA can lack or the music is flat but this is a triple threat the only other battles that reached TT that I can think of would be Ryu vs Jin or Wolverine vs Raiden.

While the Persona thing is something that is up to debate (I mean let's see if the adress it in their reasoning and let Weiss interact with Artemisia as an arristic choice), I feel like this preview seems to give Mitsuru an advantage. This is based on how I experienced multiple Death Battles, so this isn't a 100% thing to go after but in this 1:30 min clip (which should be around 30-50% of the entire fight given their normal runtime) Weiss is the more offensive fighter. Mitsuru also summons first. This however isn't much of a deal since her Persona is a big part of her Arsenal. In this fight scene Weiss uses more of her abilities (ice, wind, fire dust; that line glyph attack; her first summon) while Mitsuru uses one skill (looking likr Bufudyne). Overall this means that Mitsuru has still more up on her sleeves than Weiss (full heal, status effects, Megidoloan, Mind Charge against multiple summons, time dilation and eventually gravity). Weiss also seems to be the more cocky one ("Can't touch me, Ice Queen.") while Mitsuru seems to be the more collected one (even though I hate her blatantly stating "Ice doesn't work on me"). I think I can also see two potential things they want to bring in, that being a Persona Break and Weiss getting winded during the end of the fight. Potential finisher, Weiss summons her own Artemisia after inflicting Persona Break in Mitsuru, taunts her that "Ice doesn't work on her" and Mitsuru counters with a Megidolaon (maybe with a quote of Messing with an Ice Queen demands an execution). Again this is not an analysis you can count on 100%, but I would give Mitsuru a 55-60% win chance based on the preview.

Makes me wonder; is the dust reservoirs on Weiss' rapier finite, or has she ever ran out of dust mid-battle? If so, that could very well be a game changer. Although Mitsuru could lose access to her Persona mid-battle too, which would leave them on even footing, breaking down to who has better skills with a rapier.
