This show is about volunteers who go into jail as inmates trying to expose what's going wrong in the facility. Yooo… I have this radial nerve palsy shit going on too. Idk if you got the same shit but basically my right hand been dead for a few weeks due to a nerve injury to my neck and elbow - shits coming back but it definitely humbled me. Gave me a newfound respect for handicapped people for sure.

I had both hands and arms almost fully paralyzed from a car accident pinching a nerve in my neck took about a year and a half to get back most function it's be about 6 years and I'm all good no more pain either I thought I was going to be like that permanently it was very humbling I thank God I'm not stuck like that, you got this just gotta keep pushing it will come back. 🙏 they wanted to do surgery too but it didn't happen

In 1997 I was a part of a lynching charge in the Dillon Co. SC Jail. Got the paperwork from it months later right before Christmas from a Deputy in Horry Co. SC. I had no idea then what the charge even MEANT. Spent the entire holiday stressing and keeping a good face on in front of the family, etc. FAST FORWARD: Gets to court date, I have TWELVE other defendants testify and clear w/ The Sheriff ahead of me appearing that I was the ONLY one that never left his bunk after everything went off. Dude came in drunk, and started raking everything off of the top bunk that the other three in the cell had put there (cosmetics, etc.), words were exchanged, and two brother in for Murder and the extra guy in the cell went to work on the spizzot. Never saw him, even when he was taken out on the gurney. Later.

In the Federal system, BOP. The Fed's will sometime contract out to county's. Jail environments can be volatile. Tweaker coming down, mental health, hyper sensitive. Exclusive of gang affiliations, stay away from drugs, punks, and gambling debt.

I busted a knuckle while doing time. Fighting in a cell and hit the wall at one point. An asian dude that knew martial arts gave me the tip to strike with palms while within a closed space, but also only use fists on soft spots of the body. Great tip and it also saves you from getting spotted with bloody knuckles, so the CO'S won't suspect you're a perp.

The last time I was in county, a young buck was stealing some old heads canteen, and the young buck had a seizure and had to go to the hospital and they were packing up the young bucks stuff and started finding the wrappers from the stolen items and the old heads were hot and they told the COs not to put him back in are pod, but I swear two days latter they put him right back in with us, and I swear soon as he walked in the door one of the old heads was waiting and they started scrapping, during the fight the old head smacked his head on the metal stairs going up to the top tier and there was blood everywhere me an the boys were watching 👀 😂 and laughing sht was crazy.

I got the same pushed back knuckle. Shit was swollen, tight, and had restricted movement for like 4 months after then one day I was able to pop it pulling it and had the craziest Pop sound and then instant relief and swelling went down. The Knuckles are still flat though on that hand.

When I was in county over a decade ago, some dude was poppin off at the mouth and the guy he was disparaging didn’t say a word, walked straight up to the top tier and rocked this dude so hard that he caught another C Felony, cause he broke the dudes jaw with one swing and literally left him snoring in a puddle of blood. But that’s nothing compared to the stuff I saw in PCF. I’ve seen a dude literally beat blind over a cup of hooch and I tried to stop it cause I was cool with the guy doing the beatdown. He was usually a pretty decent person, but when he got some drinks in him and then got cut off by the guy selling it, he just snapped. I never saw him again. I’ve seen dudes beat down with mop wrings, people running from both inmates and COs cause they don’t know which ones worse to get caught by, and all kinds of shenanigans. I got another story that’s so grotesque and evil, that I’d rather not share it on here, but that happened in west dorm, which was intake at the time. I had just arrived for the first time and let’s just say, that set the tone for the whole stay. I immediately understood my situation and planned accordingly.

Seen a dude get rocked by a lock in a sock! Dudes head was split from the top to the back. Dude was having seizures from the trauma to his head. Yup old Clark county Indiana jail I pulled a whole year in Clark county back in 2013 back then inmates could buy real cigarettes on commissary and smoke anywhere in the jail until April 10th 2014 because the 60 days in show was comin to town and I had bounced from the to Floyd county exactly 4 days before they started setting up cameras in the cell 3D same pod I spent my year.
