Lampard gets a lot of stick, but like you say its hard to judge him as the recent jobs hes taken have been disasters. Experienced managers like Potter, Benitez, Dyche didn't/aren't exactly doing a great job at these clubs too. The thing is though yes I concede that Dyche hasn’t done amazing however if Lampard was still in charge can you actually tell me how many points he would have gotten? When he was sacked he had 15 points, Everton right now on 29 5 points above Southampton. I absolutely guarantee you that if Lampard kept his job Everton would be below Southampton who are on 24 points. I actually don’t believe Lampard would have gotten a single point which means Everton would still be on 15 points, 9 points behind Southampton which means Everton would already actually be relegated. Everton could still go down however Lampard being sacked has given Everton an actual chance to stay up and even if Everton go down it would still have been close. Like I said Lampard would have not gotten a single point if he had stayed I guarantee you that. And and as Everton fan I can tell you he had no clue what he was doing, his substitutions were awful, and you can tell in his face he looked like a lost puppy he doesn’t have any managerial nause about him
