@@boostaddict_I'm mildly considering doing an ALH mTDI in the Volvo instead. Some people say they don't run right, but I don't see how, the pump internals are basically the same... I don't care if I have to use the throttle pedal to control the fuel more than letting the ECU do that. When I swap the Volvo it's 100% going full mechanical, I don't want to have to worry about any electronics.

I just moved to Saskatchewan last year from the Dunnville/Cayuga area. Didn't realize how much I missed that area until this video. Seeing the Grand River and Dunnville boat launch brings back alot of memories

My old stomping ground, I grew up half way between Cayuga and Dunnville back in the 50`s, turned 16 in 1968,. Deboss Garage is that the same wrecking yard property I went to back in the 60`s. Yea thanks this video brings back a lot of memories some good and some not so good.

@TobyCatVA I love Mercury Cougars, they're sweet! I love them all. That Montclair was going to be scrapped for it's 390, c6 transmission and the 9 inch diff, had to buy it, 33,000 original miles, one family owned it since new.

20:40 that Mustang II is gorgeous, it just struck me how good the bodylines are on those cars. If it weren't for the huge 70s bumpers and everything they'd be lookers. Sucks that it seems like most were scrapped, as many as they sold you never see them. Funny how it was a universally hated car in retrospect but now it's starting to look good. The Gremlin right after was nice too

Not a mustang II. Its a gen 1.5 - back when they got big , long , low , and radical. Stuck a 429 SCJ in many of them. Best Mustangs imo. The Mach 12 there also has 1971 tight, smaller bumpers which helps.

Not all states are lenient on driving anything around . There are some that say you have to have it registered and inspected yearly. In some states anything newer than 1996 has to pass factory emmisions yearly.

Shout out to the guy with the om606. I own a hoodstacked modded om617 82 300sd, and a 87 td wagon om603 that i am building for 300hp. Old school diesel mercs are some of the best most reliable cars ever made.

Awesome, I have a 190E with a Turbo 606 + 722.6 from a Dodge Charger in it. Next year it should be finished and making around 400hp. I'm trying to decide on 606, 605, or ALH mTDI swap in the Volvo. I'm highly considering getting a 605 so it sounds like a Volvo should.

28:14 Deboss forgot to put my 1972 Electra sedan in, but that's okay. It's the gold-brown cruiser behind the people. Canadian survivor, strong 455 V8, new exhaust with a nice note. Big head turner and very hard to find on the roads. VGG might have a clip of it seeing as Derek really loves the 1943 to 1973 Buicks (I am a big classic Buick fan as well). His 1968 Lesabre 400 sedan that he saved is awesome.
