Hey, Gemma! I am trying this recipe out right now, but I do have a suggestion for the recipe online for any new bold bakers out there. I would suggest specifying that if they’re going to warm the chocolate up in the microwave that they should do it for 20 seconds at a time. New people may not know about the concerns of heating chocolate in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes lol Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Hi. Thank you for sharing. I do tell bakers to cook brownies in a microwave at 20-second intervals as we don’t really cook under the same conditions, especially with microwave ovens. I’m glad you share the same here, too.

Oh no! Hope you enjoyed gaining them. You can use anything above 60%, it will be grand. I use different brands, Ghirardelli, Callebaut, etc.

Hi Nukhba. It sounds like it has been overcooked. Salted caramel should be of pouring consistency. DOn’t worry if it’s still runny while cooking, it’s normal because it’s still hot. Once it cools down, that is the time you will actually see how it has thickened.
