Why is red rose dragon meta?

Red Rose Dragon may seem like just a regular ol' tuner, but it's actually 3 tuners stacked on top of each other in a trenchcoat. When used for a Synchro Summon, Red Rose Dragon (tuner #1) can bring Roxrose Dragon (tuner #2) out from your deck, who will then search Basal Rose Shoot (spell card that revives a Rose Dragon, tuner #3). This means something like Red Rose Dragon + a level 7 Tenyi can turn into a Baronne, then still have 2 tuners to go into Halq.

Looked into it. It should be Phoenix Rose Dragon seeing how it rises from the GY. Funny video!
