It was hard to come back to the mat pilates, but I'm happy. Hip pain is still there, but there are many choices in your wonderful videos. Thank you Beth ❤

I don't have Diastasis Recti (not that I know of and I've never been pregnant!), but sometimes my lower belly tends to "pooch" with Pilates exercises. I enjoyed the slower pace of this routine, and I felt that I could still engaged in my abs throughout.
