Hello 老爸的食光 My name is Kung. I was born in China and rised in Brazil and my late father was from Shandong. He used to make a fried doe which he called 炸面油儿 or 炸面鱼儿 and it was delicious!!! Do you know, by any chance, the recipe? He said it was a traditional food in 叶县, Shandong. Although, 叶县 no longer exists. Looking forward to hearing from you! Thank you for your time.
