Thanks for these detailed interviews. I like hearing directly from the Ski Doo engineering representatives. I think there was a missed opportunity to inquire about the discontinuation of a 175” track from the deep snow line up.

Excellent interview. I have to compliment Frederic and the team at Ski Doo. The engineering of these machines is astonishing. Those of us yhat are old enough to compare them to what was available even 10 years ago can easily see how far they have pushed the performance envelope in a very short time. Amazing machines.

Polaris and Skidoo should trade technology. It would be nice if Skido had buddy tracking feature and Polaris had the SHOT start system.

How about a review of the polaris titan 650??

Not sure what sleds we have lined up for this season, but would absolutely love to have a Titan again.

I found out the hard way last year I can't ride a ski doo... well over 1k later after wrecking my buddies sled into a tree. I couldn't turn that to save my life. I guess it likes foot input. I ride Polaris it likes counter steer input. I was so lost..... took like 13 seconds for me to send it into a tree. The power though...... Jesus Christ. Was like being on a litter bike with boost or bottle, I couldn't hardly grip it.. I've never been in a faster sled, and my axys 850 is boosted!

any new sled will take a certain amount of time to learn the proper inputs.

I agree 100% with your statement I ride with a large group of both sleds. The skidoo power comes on so hard and fast. I do believe the Polaris will carry a higher top and track speed, but my schedule do annihilate my voice and they are identical as far as Bolton Performance

The limits are all the garbage sensors that keep riders home cause not everyone has access to the damn BRP computer. Biggest reason why i switched brands. CAT guy now.

So he's the engineer we all need to rage on for some really dumb design as per repairing your own sled on the side of the trail.
@DaveNorona27 күн бұрын
more like go ride a 2001 and then ride a 2024/25 and there is no way you can be anything but WOW where sleds can go and what they allow us to do! So Fred and his team are the ones you should be thanking! I know every time we get together with him to ride or test or other awesome things, I thank him big time!!

So you're saying I have to have three of these sleds just buy a Polaris and it does it all 💯🤘👍

E tec has to many sensors to go wrong. Not user friendly to work on for the do it yourselfers. Plus premium gas and only brp oil. Needs to keep it simple. Im much happier riding on a Polaris now.

I ride with a large group of hot riders. The sensors don’t go bad. Our Polaris buddies are riddled with recalls and brakes. I’ve never run BRP oil and when I rode Polaris, I never ran Paul soil. I always run Mystic J T4 give it a try. Your power valves will never be cleaner.

Polaris are absolute trash. From Sleds to SxS. Nothing but do not rides, recalls and literally catching on fire.
