I bought the 2 ft one.... From my personal experience, the 2 ft one requires about 10-12 coconut shells to give fire to the base, by the time we get a syncronised fire to burn diapers, almost half of the shells will be burnt, so the remaining shells hardly can burn one diaper fully, so the next thing we must do is... Refill the shells, by the time we refill, which is a cubersome process, the flames have died down and more of smoke all around, so u are in fact inhaling all of those smoke which is highly carcinogenic... Besides this... The the door lock is flimsy made, hard to close the door, the support to lay diapers is an imoractical one, it is not properly reinforced at the edges, so won't keep in place once heated, thirdly the sheets used on the edges are all very sharp, the makers should have polished it, else u can accidently get your fingers cut easily.... I don't know how much of these problems will be solved if u buy a higher size one....

Dear Sir The comments posted by you are very seriously reviewed and necessary modifications has been incorporated. Thank you so much for the feedback...Such comments help us a lot to improve our product. 1) Regarding the longer time duration taken for burning wet diaper (which you complained) I wish to suggest 2 tips to solve that problem a) Instead of placing wet diaper on the intermediate grill, just use a "pappadam kuthy' and place that over our unit with diaper hanging. Then burn 5to 6 newspaper sheets and burn it on the intermediate grill(NOT BOTTOM GRILL) . The diaper will get dried up and may fall ( if not fallen, drop the dried diaper) to the intermediate grill and then fire from bottom grill till the entire diapers are burnt b) We have posted a KZbin video yesterday showing how to remove the absorbed water from diaper. This video can be viewed by just searching JM3J in KZbin and watch Tips for Easy diaper burning by JM3J 2) The sharp edges and corners are now grinded in our products.
