You cleverly skipped the main issues and differences between regular cadre and Agniveer i.e. salary, leave, no medical facilities for family, no dearness and transportation allowance, no MSP and many more allowances, the same salary for Non combatant and combatant, no technical pay and many more issues. And if you are boasting about Sevanidhi package, it is also deducted from Agniveer salary every month. So if you have no complete information on paper don't make a video and manipulate the youth

Regular army 🪖 and agniveer difference 1. More salary than agniveers for same rank,same post, same duty 2. More anual leave of 90days whereas agniveer gets 30days 3. Ex service man status and other perks whereas agniveer don't get these 4. Job security 5. Benefits for kins are not there in agniveer 6. Till 4 years will not get cantonment residence quarters 7. Low moral , less respect in society. 8. Life insurance is less. If it is really 1.65 crore than army should show proofs with dates of transition. 9. Reduce intake of soldiers than earlier recruitments 10. Reduced The age from 23 to 21 yrs 11. Reduced the physical standards, I'm saying this because I personally know even at 6:30 timing aspirant is getting selected for defence forces earlier it used to be 5:45. For 1600 meters. These points are enough To justify that this is one of worst decision by government and army. Army should apply agniveer at 30% recruitments not 100% . That would be a good decision.

सर आप ये बता रहे हो की परमानेंट सैनिक हर माह 5000 आर्मी फंड को देता है , लेकिन यह नही बता रहे हो की एक अग्नीविर और परमानेंट सैनिक की सैलरी में कितना अंतर है । खराब है ये योजना । अगर सरकार को yong soldier चाहिए तो केवल कार्यकाल में बस बदलाव करते ,4 साल बाद 25 % परमानेंट होंगे , लेकिन छुट्टी में अंतर , सैलरी में अंतर , अलाउंस में अंतर , ट्रेनिंग में चोट लगने पर सीधा बाहर, ये सब क्यों हो रहा है। ये सब चीज पे video बनाओ न सर।

I think a true patriot will join armed forces irrespective of whatever the situation is For him its a proud not a duty And also government was having problem due to financial support to retired person if government keep on spending on these how can india be developed I am not saying its right scheme but government should also skill their jawans so that after retirement they start their own business and will not be a burden And also in many other countries this scheme exists It's necessary for defence modernization I can understand the problem but its a necessary evil for our country Jai hind

Agniveer scheme is applied looking towards the future because the budget for pension is increasing exponentially and thus to keep it in check. The recent Govt is very much careful towards their soldiers and knows what is good for them. Army survey always reveals that Agniveers have a higher tech, and training absorption rate than regular soldiers. So without complaining you all should aim towards being the best and getting permanent commission after 4 years like the real agniveers are doing. I know many of them and they are quiet happy with their junoon for the nation. Jai Hind 🇮🇳
